I didn't do any cross checking on prices but generally they have very good prices. They are very good with time management. I have a great amount of trust in their recommendations. I never feel like I'm being gouged. They give me all the information up front for what needs to be completed.

I like them and I trust them. Are they the cheapest around, no but cheap is what you would get.

They are high for an oil change but they are my little mechanic and I go to them for the service on my car.

They have a nice waiting room; it's clean. They are very professional, they always want to make sure that my car is safe. I've been using them for like 25 years. They are convenient; in the past if I needed to pick up my car sometimes they stayed a little bit later and they have an over night drop off which is really convenient. They are very friendly. When I had a car that had problems they've gone out of their way to try to figure out how to solve it if it wasn't something that was easily find-able. I ended up just getting rid of the car because it wasn't really fixable. But they did really do their best and when I've had a breakdown they would come and tow me back to their shop. Even when I've had another tow truck if I have had it to another shop and I would give them a call it is never a problem for them to fit it in and take a look and repair the issue.

I dropped off my car in the morning and pick up after work. No Hassle. The store also provided a ride back to my office only 0.5 miles away.

They are very professional, responsive, accommodating, competitively priced and are close by.

I HAVE USED THIS GARAGE EXCLUSIVELY OVER THE LAST 18 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK FOR ALL OF THE JOBS PERFORMED.

I HAD GREAT DIFFICULTY IN GETTING THEM TO BELIEVE THAT THE RACK HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY DID NOT WORK WELL WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY. THEY HAD TO KEEP THE CAR OVER NIGHT BECAUSE THE PART DELIVERY WAS LATE. THEY OFFERED NOTHING BUT AN APOLOGY FOR LEAVING ME WITH NO CAR FOR A FRIDAY NIGHT AND MOST OF SATURDAY WHICH WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL PLAN.

WOW! WHAT CAN I SAY? I HAD AN EMERGENCY AND HAD TO HAVE MY CAR INSPECTED IN ONE DAY. THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN IN THE MORNING AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE IT DONE THAT NIGHT. THEY DID. VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. USE THESE GUYS.

THE STAFF AT THE POINT HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN TO THEM MANY TIMES WITH CAR WOES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL. THEY DO NOT OVERCHARGE AND WORK IS ALWAYS DONE ON, OR AHEAD OF, TIME.
