Hall's Pest Control

With over 20 visits over the years, I cannot say I have a single complaint about Hall's. From the friendly and supportive office staff to the techs who come to my house, everyone brings knowledge and class and a wonderful sense of caring. They know their pests and are always willing to explain things in as much detail as I want to hear (and understand that sometimes I don't want any specifics!) and how to best minimize the risks going forward. They have small windows for scheduled arrivals, and are usually early for appointments. They are very conscientious about my cats and make sure they are safe during house treatments. Biggest bonus is seeing just a tiny fraction of the stinkbugs that were here when I moved in.

He came in, looked at the problem, and performed a treatment in the kitchen. He came back after the job to check up on the situation with a follow up treatment.. Since the work's been done, everything has been looking pretty good! He was very nice, and did a great job!

I found termites in my kitchen on Saturday, called Monday morning, they were out Monday afternoon to check it out and give me a price. Two men came back on Wednesday and went around exterior of the house (and above washtubs in basement, just below the kitchen). I was told it could take 30-90 days to be completely ride of the swarming termites, but they were decreased significantly after about a week and were gone within the month. So happy to be rid of them! Everyone was professional and the service seems to have worked. Very happy with service. Two year guarantee.

Very nice to work with, professional, and efficient.

I have them 3 times a year. The service was excellent, I have been very pleased with them. They have come out when I have needed them at no charge. The workers have been great, and they are very prompt. When they come, I have to be here, and so they give me a very small window.

They were doing exterminating for inside & outside our home for over a year (three times a year). As of yesterday, they only came and treated the outside perimeter of my house and charged me the same amount. They said that it is in their contract and they just discovered it. I told them I was then dropping the contract and they said they would have the manager follow up with me and I haven't heard from him yet.

Both Chuck and Ziggy did excellent jobs. They were kind and patient. Very professional!

It went very well. Jeff is the technician. He is very friendly, nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He's just a good guy. He did a great job. We did not have any insects. Also, he treated for bees. We just had general questions and he knew a lot. He explained things to us. It wasn't come in, do your job and leave, he took the time to talk to us about the problems with pest. He was really a good, friendly guy.

Great company for follow up treatments too.  I called Halls when I found one live ant - one.  "Bill the bug guy"  was fantastic!  He crawled in the attic and went up on the roof to find how these ants were getting in the house.    The staff members are friendly and polite on the phone, and I've had no problems with appointments.  I'm confident with my decision to use Halls and highly recommend them.

The service provided was acceptable. The billing and scheduling department is problematic. I have been a customer of Hall's for over 2 years. I was late paying one bill (bill was at 45 days, in the amount of $123.) due to an oversight. Next thing I know I get a bill from a collection agency and notification of  cancellation of service.
This is an extreme and ridiculous reaction to a minor issue. I think the person handling billing at Hall's is obsessive compulsive. Don't use them, they have no concept of customer service or good will.

I called Halls last summer when we found ants coming from around the fireplace. We weren't sure if they were termites or ants because they had wings. Halls was very prompt in sending someone right out. They assured us that they were ants. We had them spray both interior and exterior. They have come back twice since then because we signed up for the year plan, however, they have just sprayed outside since then. We live in a wooded area and it's hard to avoid all of the spiders and bugs that get into the house. They were very professional and polite and we have been pleased with their service.

Great, friendly people, superb service.  No pressure sales tactics. Fast service!  Fair price for work done and for repeat treatments.  Halls was very cooperative and did not spray where the grandchildren play.  Highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the provider, they explained the complexity of the issue and how they were going to treat it.  They explained what type of reaction we would see after each treatment.  I am only docking the punctuality because they were early for 2 of the 3 follow-up appointments.  Normally, I'd be good with this, but because we had to be out of the house for several hours after treatment, the earlier arrival was a bit of an interruption.  I also would have appreciated a call on the way over, this did not happen for all appointments.  The technicians themselves were very knowledgable and seemed responsible enough to be left alone in the house while they sprayed.  For better or worse, each appointment meant a different technician, while I did glean some different insights about the issue from each person, some consistency would have been preferred, though I understand that can be difficult.  
The office staff was excellent.  Overall, I would gladly use this service again, though I hope I do not need to.

The gentleman was very nice and concerned with our problem.  He wore shoe booties and was very thorough and was concerned
with my dog's safety.  He placed the packages anywhere he had seen droppings. He checked the outside and put a mouse
box at my garbage cans.

Fast and professional, ants are gone and the price was extremely reasonable.

These guys are the best! They even removed 27 bee hives off our property which was included in our regular maintenance services. The do a very thorough job and are friendly and courteous.

Awesome performance. They responded very quickly to our call, sent a rep on the next business day, And scheduled the treatment for the very next day after that. Everyone was very professional and we would definitely hire them again. This payment was for the first treatment. We signed an annual contract for 2 more treatments in the next 12 months.

He came on time, and did a very thorough job, I thought.  He took about two hours to do the entire house and garages.

They did a good job and I would recommend them!

They checked everything and let me know I did not have termites but I did have hornet termites. It was a 1 time hole and they let me know to call them in the future for any pest control needs.

We had what we thought to be a rat in the basement.  I called Hall's on Monday morning at 8:30am and someone was at our house by 10:30am.  The person was very thorough, and confirmed presence of a rat. He then told me what would be done, and why, and answered any questions I had.  He also worked immediately to schedule a technician to come out later the same day to conduct the service.  
The technician arrived at 4:30pm and again confirmed what the original person had found, and set up bait stations in the basement and 2 outdoors.  All questions were answered and explanation was given for the reason they were using the treatment they were using.  
I was very pleased by the promptness of the service, and know that I could count on Hall's to make sure that my problem is taken care of promptly and efficiently.
