Billy Pearsall did an excellent job. I had some problems with a toilet and wanted outside faucet replaced. He gave me the estimates and explained my options. He was able to take care of everything that day. Recommend highly.

Billy Pearsall, Plumbing Specialist, notified me he was on his way with a text and photo of himself. Billy was pleasant and professional. He determined what parts he needed, got the parts and installed everything. I would definitely request him whenever I needed a plumber.

I had a plumbing emergency, so contacted Valdel Plumbing in the evening, no expecting a call back until the next day however they contacted me by phone that same evening and we were able to schedule repair work the very next day. The plumbing specialist, Billy, was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem within an hour. Very pleased with the service!

It went very well. only took 2 days. Dependable, honest and did neat work.

At first I just needed my toilet installed. It went so well that I called them again to have the pipes that were leaking in my basement replaced. They were very punctual and performed excellent work. I should probably compare the costs, but I enjoy working with them and will continue when I need a repair.

They sent me three estimates but never put the the work to be done in writing. All they had to do was define it once and then just add on the extra for each option. Too much work to type a few words.

Steven Ault of Valdel assessed the problems, and provided the option of replacing toilet internal components only, or replacing toilets with new, quiet, reduced-water-use toilets. He also discovered that our home's water pressure regulator had failed, indicating that the water pressure inside our home was excessive, which could result in failure of plumbing inside the house, which, of course, is something no one wants. He single-handedly addressed all of our issues in the course of a few hours, and everything is now working perfectly, and quietly. We didn't obtain competitive pricing, but we could not be more satisfied with the work Steven performed.

It went well they came out at the time given. Before coming out the sent a dossier of the tech which I thought was nice. The young lady at the office was very friendly and concerned about my issue.

Their dispatcher called me the same day I submitted a request on line. Since this was not an emergency, I was able to schedule around our trips out of town. The work was done on 2 separate days. They sent me a text 15 minutes before the techician was scheduled to arrive to let me know he was on his way. Billy came out the first day and gave us an estimate for all the work that needed to be done. He replaced all the leaking valves that day. The cast iron waste pipe needed a second person to do the work. I was able to schedule that right away. Billy and Steve came and were terrific: personable and hard workers. Everything was cleaned up and left in great condition. I would definitely hire them again.

The experience with Valdel Plumbing was excellent from the beginning. They were responsive to my initial call to schedule the appointment. They arrived punctually, completed the work very quickly and very well. He installed a new garbage disposal and selected an excellent replacement model. He also repaired the Delta faucet in our kitchen. We would definitely call them again for other plumbing needs. The price below includes the new garbage disposal.

Billy came and gave an itemized estimate on everything. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and made recommendations accordingly. On the day of the work, he was on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and kept me informed throughout the day. He did not leave any messes in the house and was professional and friendly the whole time. I'd highly recommend Valdel, and specifically Billy, for anyone's plumbing needs and will definitely use them again.

We came home on a Sunday morning after being away to find a leak/water damage from a worn-through pipe spraying water. We called the office to get the first available appointment, and they were able to send someone out same day--on a Sunday!! Our technician, Billy Pearsall, was prompt, professional, and encouraging but realistic with our issues and concerns. He made the process very easy for us, and everyone involved with scheduling were also really easy to work with. Definitely a 5-star company, with 5-star professionals on their team!

Our 10 year old water heater sprung a leak one morning and I discovered a mini flood in my basement. I called ValDel and had a tech, Tim, at my house an hour later. Tim was very nice and professional and had my new 50 gallon heater installed within two hours. He also put a ball valve onto the new heater as our old one did not have this (which forced me to turn off water to the whole house to stop the leaking; if this ever happens again now I can just turn the new valve off to shut off supply to just the heater). We also upgraded to a 6 year warranty on the new heater. We've used ValDel before and have been very happy with them.

Tim came out the same day and helped with recommendations to fit my needs. He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and very professional. In addition to the hot water heater, I had other options installed which I have been very pleased with.

Tim did an excellent job replacing my Moen cartridge faucet. My bathtub Moen cartridge faucet was broken and needed to be replaced. I wasn't able to use my bathtub. I then hired a plumber from Able Plumbing to fix the problem. My bathtub diverter spout started to drip continuously after Able Plumbing replaced the cartridge. I paid Able Plumbing $225 for the job that was not properly done. Able Plumbing promised to come back to replace another cartridge and if that didn't work, he would then replace entire body/copper house, that he quoted for$500. Able Plumbing left me with a dripping diverter spout and never returned. I was very hesitant and apprehensive about calling another plumber for the fear of being ripped off again. So I navigated the website and found Angie's List, which I used to subscribe too. I received a call from Valdel Plumbing, who scheduled me an appointment with Tim and within a couple of hours, Tim was here right on time. Tim realized how hesitant and apprehensive I was, but was able to win my trust and get me into a good comfort level, especially after hearing him assuring me that I'm in good hands, sharing with me his years of plumbing work experience, his knowledge and use of Moen products and most of all, his moral and ethical values he applies in his work. That was really helpful enough to get me to feel comfortable with him. Tim approach on the job was professional, treated my home with respect, which was evident when he covered his shoes with a cap to protect my floors from cross contamination. He was willing to show me what inside the cartridge faucet house looked like and also showed me the deformity of the old cartridge, that was caused due to the improper placement by Able Plumbing. Tim actually cleaned up after his work, something that a lot of plumbers don't do, but should do. Tim sat in the bathroom with me for over 15 minutes only to make certain that the diverter spout was not dripping after he replaced the new cartridge faucet. That too added to my good comfort level and trust in Tim's morals, competency and ability to work excellently. Tim was also willing to assess other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Tim was able to do what Able Plumbing was unable to do, saving me over $500 to replace a new copper faucet house. Yes I will definitely use him again and will be my new plumber.

Everything was great! Valdel responding quickly to our request for a quote and someone out within 24 hours. Tim was excellent! He was quick and efficient and had our plumbing fixed within an hour. We will would definitely use them again as the work was great and very affordable.

Valve before meter started leaking just before noon on the day before Thanksgiving. Contacted Valdel through Angie's List an was contacted almost immediately by them. The tech, Tim, arrived within the appointed time frame and was able to install two handle style ball valves to replace the 59 year old ones. Tim was friendly and explained what he was doing and allowed me to watch so I could educate myself. Valdel really helped me out because I was in a bind with a leak that wasn't going to wait until after Thanksgiving to fix. Thanks to the entire crew.

Valdel provided an appointment time say day. Tim arrived on time and called when he was within 30 minutes of the house. He was extremely courteous and professional. He assessed the existing sump pump and explained that it was not of great quality (contractor grade) and recommended replacing over repairing as there was no guarantee that it could be repaired. He replaced the sump pump on the same visit and then showed me all of its features and how to troubleshoot if there were any problems in the future. He cleaned the work area after he was finished and always covered his boots when walking through the house to get to the basement. The pump was operating well and flushing water out regularly and shutting off as it should. However, we noticed a thud sound each time the pump flushed water out that we had never heard before. I called Valdel back and explained the concern the next day and Tim return promptly to address the concern. He determined that it was the back flow valve that was causing the thud sound and replaced that valve with a new, and better valve at no cost to me, that closed more softly and quietly each time the pump flushed the water out. The pump has now been running perfectly for over a week and is silent. I was so impressed with Valdel's responsiveness and communication and with Tim's punctuality, professionalism, problem solving, and communication. In the end, everything is working as it should and the process from start to finish was very positive. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to our friends. Thanks Anne
