I was very pleased with Roto Rooter. At 5pm on a Saturday evening our entire plumbing system was backed up. This went beyond plungers and corrosive liquid cleaners. We called Roto Rooter and they sent a plumber to our home within 30 minutes. Ben was very understanding and got to the root of the problem within minutes. The problem was resolved in 45 minutes. I believe the dispatcher called twice to keep me updated on the plumber’s name, arrival time and the other time was to ask me if we were pleased with the service that they provided. Of course we’re very happy! I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone in need at any time.?
