Matterns Ridge Appliance

A++! From our dealings with the sales reps in the store, to the installers to follow up with an appliance issue, Mattern's has been wonderful, professional and an absolute delight. They price competitively with the box stores (include delivery and installation in your comparisons!). But it's their responsiveness that is above and beyond expectation. Our GE fridge was dead on arrival - it never cooled down. I called the store and Bob has been wonderful - he helped me try to reboot it, then sent a GE technician out and sure enough the compressor was not working. It was brand new so it was replaced without hassle or fuss. Twice!! Fridge #2 had a lemon compressor as well ... but Mattern's has stood by me and been wonderful (as has GE!). I am certain I wouldn't have had the same level of customer care from a big box store. I have been thrilled with every dealing I've had with Mattern's over the last 6 weeks and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. If I could give them a rating higher than A I would!

They were very accommodating and courteous. I wanted a unit that they did not currently have, so they talked me through the options and were able to order it for me. When it arrived for delivery, they went above my expectations. They removed the old units (they would take them with them, or in my case just move it into the garage so that I could pass it along to someone else), put the new units in place, hooked up all connections.
No problems - VERY NICE, HONEST PEOPLE.

They were knowledgeable and their delivery was great. We checked with other retailers and their service did not compare to Matterns. Their prices were a little higher, but it's worth dealing with a company who knows what they have on hand and could give you quick attention and customer service. I will use this company in the future.
