HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS USA INC

Navigation on Harbor Freight's website is very easy. I was able to review a detailed product specifications as well as customer reviews (bad as well as good) about the product. The account setup and shopping cart menus are easy to use. After making my purchase, I immediately received an email confirmation which included all my tracking info. Two days after my purchase i went back to Harbor Freight's site and found that the price of the generator I had purchased had dropped $40.00! I used the site's online tech support and submitted a request for the price difference. An automated message was sent to me stating it would take Harbor Freight approx. 2 days to reply, I expected this to turn into a run-around with several phone calls to the company to get this straightened out. To my surprise, I received an email from the company's customer service dept. stating they would immediately credit the difference to my credit card, and if there were any additional issues to please contact customer service directly. It's nice to see that customer service is alive and well at Harbor Freight.
