We are Lucas Ltd. We have been serving the plumbing needs of our community and providing customer satisfaction since 1978. Our office is fully staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, and all calls are personally answered. Lucas also has 24 hour emergency service. During our “off hours,” call 215-968-3901 and leave a message. Our serviceman on call is immediaely notified and will return your call within 20 minutes. Any time, day or night, we are here to help with all of your plumbing needs. We also offer services in commercial & residential bathroom remodeling. We are one stop shopping when it comes to remodeling. We coordinate electrical, carpentry, painting, tile, and of course, plumbing. At Lucas Ltd, no job is too big or too small!

Success finally!  The sewer line had been troublesome for at least 4 years with several other firms checking it out, but Lucas took the time to solve the riddle of this tempermental line.  Prompt, professional, and very thorough!  So relieved because he was very, very patient with my asking many questions, what-ifs, and taking my concerns seriously.  Thank you, Lucas!

Lucas was so easy to work with, very responsive, neat and professional.  They responded immediately to my request for a quote and were able to schedule the work to be done within a week following.  The representative was friendly, efficient and very careful and neat while performing the work and cleaning up afterwards.  He was sure to explain the work to me and ask any questions necessary to ensure that it was completed to my satisfaction.  My experience with Lucas was great and I would be sure to use them again or to recommend them to others.

I called yesterday asking for an appointment ASAP. They scheduled me for 7:30 this mornin. Steve showed up on time, was very kind and professional (I'm moving and my place was a WRECK) and uncloged the drain in a half hour. I would definately recommend this company (and will recommend them to all I know in this area) and would 100% use them again.

They showed up on time and made very quick work of the hot water heater replacement.  Finding the leak location took longer, but they came up with several solutions.  I opted for the least expensive (and most simple).  The replaced line was nicely finished and provided with proper insulation.  They also showed me how to install a heating tape on the line to frost-proof the installation.
Lucas has worked for us before and we have always been very satisfied they are not the least expensive, but their quality is excellent.  Highly recommended.

We’ve used them for two years.  They came within an hour of my phone call and did a very neat job.  It was done in 4-5 hours.  The technicians were very professional.  Scheduling is done right away and with a phone call.

Steve was prompt, courteous and friendly, made me feel comfortable as I'm usually not when I have someone in my house.  Had the blockage cleared, cleaned everything up and explained everything he was doing.  I thought it would cost a fortune and was so relieved that it didn't.  I will only, always use Lucas Ltd and would recommend them to everyone, friends and family.  Thank you so much!

This was my first time using Lucas, who I found on Angie's List.  From the start they were very professional, showing up on time, asking good questions, and presenting themselves as very knowledgeable. Although their quote wasn't the cheapest, I went with them anyway as they seemed the most reliable.  Sure enough, the day of the work, Ricky came at 7:45 AM on the dot with another gentlemen and they got job done quickly and cleanly.  He even gave me a "worse case scenario" for the baseboard, saying it would rip up tile, but  he did such a good job that nothing was really disturbed.  I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The technician was fast and neat and clean.  This is not the first time I have used them, and they provide excellent service.  When you call them during off hours and leave a message, they promise to return your call within 20 minutes and they have never failed to do that, which is a relief, especially when you are experiencing an emergency.  I will say, however, that they are very expensive.  It's a trade-off, though.

Mr. Lucas, the owner, came.  He was on time (arrived even before the adjuster), quickly verified the cause, and was kind to stay until the adjuster came.  When asked, Lucas provided an inspection statement, that was used in the insurance claim.  We have always been very pleased with Lucas employees punctuality (they always call on their way and are always on time), their cleanliness and organization, their skill and professionalism.  You get what you pay for, and for the price, Lucas is pure gold.
