I am an independent Pennsylvania Realtor working under the Berkshire Hathaway Franchise and the Fox & Roach Company. I work on a contingency basis, and only get paid when my services result in a sale or rental of a home.

I represent both buyers and sellers with their purchase or sale of real estate. As a Buyers agent, there is no fee for my services. I am paid by the Selling office at the settlement table, likewise with sellers only when my work results in the sale of their home.
