I recently had some renovating done and although the contractor covered my carpet with plastic, dirt & dust still seemed to find its way into the carpet. I called Thomas and scheduled a day/time. This is my 3rd experience with Thomas. The service man was named Bob and he was punctual and very professional. He moved every piece of furniture and took special care of the area where it was most dirty from the renovation. I liked Thomas's service in the past but I must say that this last experience was my best. Bob really worked hard and was very thorough. After Bob left my house he went to my mother's. My mother called me later and said Bob did a fantastic job and that it was the best carpet cleaning she's ever had.

Steve was great. He was prompt, experienced and helped move all the furniture. He did a great job. I will be using this company again in the future not only for the great service but for the price as well.

Mark was exceptional. He really knew what he was doing. They showed up on time, if not a little early. I am really happy with service and the price.

The carpet cleaning was excellent; careful, clean and they did not bump the walls. I also had them clean and seal my ceramic tile floor and had a problem with residue. We agreed it could have been the surface and Thomas has resolved it to my satisfaction.

The Thomas rep was polite, prompt, and thorough. He moved all of the furniture for me and replaced them. Did a fine job overall.

Thomas Carpet Cleaners took my call and scheduled me yesterday. They were polite and responsive. They came today and did a great job. The carpets look new. I would us them again without hesitation.

Company scheduled me at earliest possible time, there was a change in the schedule of the cleaning but to ensure the customer was happy the company came on the weekend to ensure the cleaning was done in a timely manner. The technician was punctual and professional and did a wonderful job getting every stain out of our carpets (mainly from heavy traffic).

Mark did a great job! Our beige carpets were very dirty in certain spots, especially the stairs. We actually thought we were going to have to replace them but they cleaned up beautifully!

Very prompt to respond. He presented his estimate over the phone, and even after we explained that the rooms were relatively large, his reply was "a room is a room". He beat the other estimates we acquired by about half. The price was the best we've found in the area in 16 years of carpet cleaning. The gentleman sent to do the cleaning did a very professional job. Carpets were beautiful when he was done. His attitude was extremely professional and he seems to enjoy what he does. Very friendly, but hard working. Would recommend to anyone and would use him again in a heartbeat.

I received a fast call back from Thomas Carpet cleaners. And I was given a quote over the phone. I didn't get any other quotes and I've never had my rugs cleaned before - but from talking with friends, this seemed like a reasonable price. They were able to get me in the very next week. They gave me a 1/2 hour window, in which to expect the cleaner. He arrived with-in that time frame. All of the equipment was in the truck - he only had to bring 2 hoses into the house. The whole cleaning was completed in less than an hour. 2 of the rugs came out pretty good. The 3rd had been left outside in the rain after a throw-up incident. It still smelled even after the cleaning...but not sure if it could have been "saved". Bottom line, I'd use them again and recommend to friends.

They are fabulous. They are the only people I call. They are very fair minded. Their price is great. They are great at what they do. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.

I like the fact that I have the option of not having any fragrances put down because it bothers me. I am sensitive to that. I like that they are very courteous and quick. They move the furniture and put it back. They do a good job and they always offer to do extra things like the top of my ottoman and any doormats. One time I pulled the car mats in my car and vacuumed them and they cleaned those. They looked brand new.

One of the professionals from Thomas Carpet Cleaners was very punctual on the day of carpet cleaning. The associate was able t complete the job in a timely and efficient matter. He did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and colleagues.

I contacted John Thomas via email and he was able to give me a quote on the finished basement area and stairs I wanted to clean, gave me the hours the work is usually done and told me about how long it would take. About a week later when I had an opening in my schedule I was able to contact him and schedule the work. He was punctual and did a wonderful job with the carpet. I would not hesitate to call him again.

It worked out well in the end. Through an unintentional oversight, a closet was missed. When I discovered this and called them in the evening, they were most responsive, returning the next day (a Saturday!) to correct the oversight.

Our furniture was really dusty and dirty after construction at our house. We wanted to get out any dust and dirt. I called Thomas cleaners, they gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description. The person who came out was on time, very pleasant. He did the job carefully and quickly. He got all the little corners of the furniture clean. Our furniture and rug were left looking like new! I was really impressed with the quality and value for the money!!

did an excellent job ..got right to doing the work.. did not waste a lot of time..was very professional and did a terrific job as my sofa and side chair was pretty dirty what with two dogs running outside and in.. did not try to add on extra services and also gave me a bottle of upholstery cleaner for free.

The person who came out from Thomas Carpet Cleaners Company was great. I thought that his price was reasonable and very competitive. He did a great job. His workmanship was good. He was friendly and very professional. I would use him again.

I was very satisfied with the experience. The carpet had not been cleaned for several years, and they did a really great job. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left no mess. I would have them back anytime.

I contacted the company through their website. John Thomas responded to my request the same day. He was able to give me an estimate and set up an appointment via email. He quoted me $230 for all the areas I described and offered to include a deodorizer and a bottle of spot cleaner for free. They arrived on time and finished the job within 2 hours. They moved all the furniture (not the sofa or bed; but they moved my night stands and coffee table, etc...) and placed little plastic squares under the legs so that the area would dry nicely. The carpets looked great. The house smells awesome. I would definitely use them again. I only have two little nits: they charged me $235. I didn't ask any questions because it's only $5 -- but I feel like I should have been charged the amount of the estimate (especially since I only asked them to do three of the bedrooms upstairs instead of four). Second, they put my nightstands back backwards (they put the drawers against the wall). **Update: After reading my review on Angie's List, the company sent me a $15 refund. I didn't call them or ask for anything. Now that is customer service! The guys who did the work were incredibly polite and efficient. I tipped them $20.

Mark arrived on time, performed a walk through and completed his work very thoroughly. I would definitely use Thomas again.

This is a very professional company. From making the appointment to the services I had a very good experience. The furniture and the carpet were way overdue for cleaning and the technician really made them look like new. He was very careful with our furniture and very pleasant.
