I was a little confused by the manner in which the coupon was applied to the work done, so I was a little caught off-guard by the overall price, but I did add items at the last minute to my list of things to be cleaned, so I will be sure to confirm list and cost prior to my next service.
All-in-all, I would definitely use this service again, and would recommend this service to others as well.

I was a bit put off though when he asked where my hose spigot was, he told me that they have one truck that has a water tank on it but that is it and his does not. Living in the City of Philadelphia my water charges are unsightly (about $100-150 per month for two people in a brand new, energy efficient house with an instant hot water heater). In my conversations with John and Ken, the topic of water never came up.. No one bothered to mention that my own water would need to be supplied and furthermore no one said that I would pay less for using my own water than someone who received a tech whose truck had a water tank.
I called Thomas' and was told that the machine uses about 40-50 gallons of water, and that the owner would be calling me on Monday when he returned about the water charge. Also, my invoice showed 3 bedrooms even though my email and in my telephone conversation with Ken I stated two. Fortunately, the tech took $25 off the bill and said they usually charge $25 per room. The invoice said $119.95 plus tax for 3 bedrooms, which to me if you do the math: $119.95 + 7.20 (tax) = 127.15 divided by 3 is $42.38 per room not $25, a difference of almost $20.
Overall, once we got the outside hose spigot thawed, the process took about an hour for the whole thing and it looks fantastic! The tech told me we will need to stay off the carpets for 4 hours and then can walk on it with socks over the next 3-4 hours and then it will be completely dry (about 7-8 hours). I am excited to have carpets that look brand new and a puppy room that no longer smells like stinky puppy.
In conclusion, because I love how great my carpets look, I would be glad to change this review to all A's if I were to receive some sort of resolve about the water situation when I speak with the owner on Monday. I recommend this company's work, it just would be great if they discussed the water thing during the quote process so that people aren't paying the same price, while some get the water free and some pay for it out-of-pocket.

I applied to get a quote on their website and the owner got back to me same day- within a couple hours actually. He gave me a quote sight unseen based on my description of what we needed done.
Just based on my own schedule I waited a few days before making an appointment, but when I did so they were very helpful and efficient.
Our 'technician' (Bob) called me the morning of the appointment to tell me he was on his way, although he did get stuck in traffic.
I won't fault him for that, and he was very apologetic.
He did a very good job, cleaning an entire basement apartment suite in about 45 minutes, and taking a mover-shoe stained carpet back to pristine white.
He also went out of his way to make sure not to let our cat out, and told me that none of the products he used would be harmful to people or pets. Not necessary steps but appreciated.
Once he was done, the bill was for exactly what I was quoted, plus tax. I am not sure how they deal with people that underestimate the task when asking for a quote, but I like that they stand by their original estimate.
I should also note that the bill was quite reasonable, especially compared to some of the bigger name companies who also have a minimum job amount.
Given the excellent job they did and the very reasonable price, I'd hire them again and recommend to someone looking for this service. They may be coming back in the near future for a full house cleaning.
