Knowledgeable salesman, Dan McIntyre, quickly assisted me in purchasing a front-loading washer (and dryer) that would fit down my basement stairs (barely 27' wide). I was fortunate that the narrowest one they carry happens to be a "Consumer Report Best Buy" (Bosch). Dan also arranged for their best installation team to handle the job. The two-man team arrived on time and quickly and competently squeezed both appliances down the stairs without marring them.

Painless. The information and pricing was received over the phone. The prices were somewhat comparable with others although they were the lowest price for installation for the particular disposal I was interested in. I arranged for the installer to come when I was at work and our nanny was at the house. All work was done well, on time, as promised.
