"My original estimate was given to the customer for the interior and exterior painting in October 2013. I was not contacted for acceptance until March of 2015 for both interior and the exterior; the exterior was completed in September of 2015. The interior job was planned to start December of 2015. She postponed the job because her decorator had not picked colors yet. She then contacted me in April of 2016 and informed me that she was remodeling some of the rooms and had 2 contractors back out of the job and said she would contact me when the newest contractor completed the work. She contacted me again in July of 2016 with a specific time frame for the completion of the work but unfortunately my schedule was not conducive to it. I apologized and told her that I would not be able to get the work done when she wanted but that she would be the first on my list in a few months. She did not want to wait; instead wanted it done ASAP. I did not start the job due to these scheduling conflicts."

"Homeowner previously painted other loft walls with Behr paint. This product i do not use. I used PPG manor hall line which is a high end paint. The color was crossed over from paint numbers from behr color. When it was applied onto the walls the color did not match existing painted walls. I went to home depot and got a paint chip of the color and had PPG paint store match the color chip to perfection. I showed the homeowner the exact match and they agreed that it was the behr product they used that did not match there own color. I re-painted the walls we originally did with no extra charge. I have no control of other products when there colors don"t match there own paint chips."
