I called Broadback to get an estimate on a new roof and windows because a friend recommended them. I spoke with Nelson who walked me thru the entire process of what would be done and when. They came back within a week and completed the roof that day. They then came back about a week later and replaced the windows just as specified. From there I'm very pleased with everything that they have done from quality, to courtesy, and especially price. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Broadback had done the roof for the previous owners and gave it a 10 year warranty. The roof was approx 2-3 years old when we bought the house. We have had multiple leaks and have called for Broadback to do the repairs. Without exception we have had to call repeatedly for service. Sometimes dates have been given to perform repairs but no one shows up. When the owner did show up to do work he had many complaints about his job, our roof, etc. We have given up trying to work with Broadback even though our roof is still under warranty and called another roofer to help with our leaks. This newer roofer noted the various places that the rubber roofing was lapped incorrectly and in many places not glued or caulked. This company also does home repairs and has several locations in Lancaster. Beware.
