B&K Appliance Parts

The appointment was set and a price quote given for a service call over the telephone.  A reminder call was received from the provider the day before the appointment and the time was confirmed.  The provider's service person arrived on time, was professionally dressed, and identified himself.  He went immediately to work analyzing our dish washer.  He found that a major part was needed.  He provided a price for this major part and the estimate of the installation cost.  When I asked about replacement dish washers he provided recommendations (This company does not sell appliances only service and parts).  The bill for this service call was exactly the amount of the telephone quote I received when making the appointment.  I received an itemized receipt for the service call and the results of the work.
