Our Team: Thomas Hora was born and raised in Ohio. He attended prep-school in Southern Virginia and returned to Ohio for undergraduate and law school. After law school Tom moved to Philadelphia and practiced law for 17 years before moving to New Hope, PA. Tom continues to practice law in the areas of wills, probate and real estate. Tom has been a licensed Realtor in PA and NJ for the past 12 years and has been with Berkshire Homeservices Fox & Roach since April, 2000. Stefan Dahlmark was born and raised in Sweden. He attended school in Gothenberg and performed military service in Gavle, Sweden. Stefan lived in Mallorca and Tenerife as a SAS tourist representative before coming to the US in 1987. He has lived in New Hope for more than 20 years and has been a licensed Realtor in PA and NJ for the past 14 years. He and Tom have been business partners at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (Prudential) Fox & Roach since April, 2000. Erik Stroehlein was born and raised in Crème Ridge, New Jersey where he graduated high school. He moved to New Hope in 1992 and worked in restaurant management until he became licensed in PA to be a Realtor in 2002. He joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach in 2003 and took his NJ license. He joined Tom & Stefan as a Team Member in 2010 where he continues to specialize in residential sales. Jacquie Sjostedt was born and raised in Bucks County. She graduated high school in Bucks and has worked at St. Mary’s Hospital in the lab for 14 years. During this time she has raised 6 children and been married 24 years. She and her family have lived in Bucks County where she has practiced real estate for more than nice years. She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServicesFox & Roach in 2010 and lists and sells in both PA and NJ. Eric Feiner was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended The George Washington University in Washington, DC. He has family ties to Bucks County for over 25 years. Eric has always enjoyed working with people and this has lead into a real estate career. Eric says he gets best feeling when a client finds the perfect home that meets their needs and wants, as well as their budget. His philosophy of using a partnership approach and good communication is key in helping his clients find that perfect home, selling of their property, or when investing. Licensed in PA, Eric joined The Bucks Home Team in 2014 and currently lives in New Hope, PA.
