Awful. Very unprofessional. Cursed and use foul language within minutes of arriving. Rushed to get everything done in one day. Put furniture back next day; it left marks everywhere. He came back and started touching up and then cursed and said it was too many marks to fix. Needless to say we redid the floors 3 months later. We never notified Viola about it cause quite frankly, he scared us. I was afraid of what he would do to our home.

Horrible!!! Don't let these thugs in your house. They were disrespectful, did a horrendous job! We hired them on the recommendation of a neighbor who had the grandfather do his floors years ago. Let me tell you, Scott is a horrible person. Belongs in jail! They did the entire job in one day, put the furniture back, everything left marks. He came back out to repair and it just never ended. Every piece of furniture left marks. After just THREE months, my husband and I paid to have the floors redone by a reputable company, GR FLOORING. We never tried getting our money back from Viola because quite frankly, he scared us! I chalked it up to a lesson learned. He seemed shifty from the start; I should have trusted my feelings.

Please see my earlier review for Nick Viola Floors. This is a follow-up. After only a few months, the floors, refinished in a day and a half and leaving gouges, scratches and uneven finish all over the floor, were peeling. It was a huge mess. We asked Scott Viola to come take a look at the finish and he refused. I thought his dad, Nick, might care more since his name is on the company, but he blew me off.  I went to the BBB about this business and they could not get Nick Viola floors to make good on the bad job or even respond (check their BBB rating).

We had to have the floors completely redone only one year after Viola ruined them. The new company took more than a week to fix the damage and the floors look better than ever now, at great expense to us.

If you doubt anything we are saying, see the screenshot of the text message Scott Viola sent to me in response to my feedback asking him to make good on the work.
