Jim arrived promptly, with a smile on his face. He proceeded to inspect every corner of the property inside and out, spending a good deal of time around one side of the house, where he found some evidence of carpenter ants. He described what he was looking for and what he found, then told us how to deal with it. He was also very helpful in explaining how his radon detectors worked and what the readings meant. He was friendly, personable and entirely professional. We will definitely contact Certified if we need any help in the future.
