They were great. They completed the job in 2 weeks. They were courteous, kind, and always did their jobs. I was amazed at their work. They even planted grass seed after they were done.

From the ground preparation to the final delivery, they were very professional and responsive. They even brought the shed, already built, through a neighbors lawn and tight trees for a prefect installation. The Fall weather was so rainy and the ground was too soft to deliver. They were very flexible, waiting for the perfect day so we wouldn't damage the neighbor's lawn. The shed was even delivered the morning of 12/24. A great present!

Linda was incredibly patient as we went through multiple designs of the two sheds.   The sheds ultimately came with multiple windows, overhead lights, wall power outlets, security bars, solid cedar doors with Schlage lock systems, and entry ramps.  They were customized to a great degree, specifying inches between each shelf, and specific spaces left to fit my table saw and ladder.  This is an outstanding product made of solid cedar, inside and out, and the highest quality.  A great experience all around.

We went to the Lapp Structures Office to order our shed and was helped by Linda, a very friendly and informative and helpful sales person. We ordered a 10x12 shed with architectural shingle, a workbench, a loft, 3 windows with shutters, flower boxes and vents with transom doors. All of the extras are what added to the cost. Since our yard is enclosed by a fence and there is not easy access for a truck to back into the space we wanted to place the shed, we had it built on-site. The day of the project, the workers arrived at 7 AM and called when they were in front of the house to let us know they had arrived. The shed was brought in partially assembled and it took the two men 4.5 hours to erect the shed. At one point they realized that they had not been given some of the materials they needed and one of the guys went back to get what they needed. They gave us exactly what we ordered and it is a beautiful shed. They were courteous, friendly, hardworking (the temp was already 80 degrees by the time they finished) and meticulous. They paid attention to every detail including touching up paint where it was nicked off in transport.
