Description of Work: I needed an estimate on a leak I had in my kitchen. They came out and fixed some other roof work performed by an Angie's list recommeded contractor. Unlike that contractor, they did NOT tell me I needed a new roof. The roof has not leaked since they were there and I WILL use them when I do need a roof. Tom Wilken

Description of Work: I liked the comprehensive evaluation which was made on the condition of my roof. Two minor repairs were done. Fortunately, I don't need to replace my roof at this point in time but when the times comes, I would certainly make Detwiler my first choice.

Description of Work: Nice young man inspected roof and informed me that the roof was in good shape. He just needed to put caulking around pipes and furnace chimney and cover a few exposed nails. He suggested to have the roof inspected every other year. My spouting was out of balanced and was not draining properly and for an extra minimal cost, he corrected spouting. He gave me peace of mind that my roof was in good shape which was what I needed to know. The only thing I would say is that it was a bit confusing as to when he was going to show up for the appointment. Communication was a bit confusing. Also, I would have liked to talked to him more about attic fan and get his opinion on shingles versus metal roof but you could tell that he was in a rush so I did not bother. Over all, I was very pleased with the service.
