Bob sold me a remote start kit for $90 plus tax. Because of my schedule, they delivered the alarm to Noisegate so it would be there when I delivered my car to them for the install. I had paid for the kit over the phone with a credit card. Bob said that he would call me back to tell me that the transaction was complete, but I never did receive that call. The kit did make it's way to Noisegate without any issues at all, so everything was fine.
