On time & GREAT work. I'm having them come back 4 more work.

I replaced the tub pop-up drain. Charge was $350 and I was charged $26.43 for the HomeAdvisor fee, which I was not supposed to pay. Work was done 2 years ago but the tub pop-up drain is broken again.

The owner of the business visited my house. He had emailed me an estimate to replace the heater before he came. When he got here he determined that it only needed replacement of a thermostat. I appreciated his honest assessment, it costed $50 as opposed to $1250 to replace.

I did not hire them for the bathroom, but we had a HUGE problem with our sewage system 2 months after we bought our home. He and his crew did an absolutely marvelous job of investigation and then fixing the problem. I've also had him do some electrical work since we've been here. He has a great attitude, seems to be a perfectionist, and arrives on time. He and his crew came here to work, and that's exactly what they did, except for a very short time to eat lunch. They are GREAT!!! I will hire them again if anything goes wrong with our plumbing or electric system.

Easy to work with. Schedule the estimate and work within a 7 day period. Their estimate was a third of a competitor. They installed a security light. It looks like it is an original piece of the house. They were quick and careful in how they treated the existing building. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again.

Put a below grade utility sink with pump in the basement. Great job, efficient and nice guys.
