I'm very satisfied with the service Dylan provided. He replaced a kitchen faucet and was neat and quick. He's a nice, personable guy that knows his business, answered my questions about the system and charged a reasonable price. I will use again if the need arises.

Dylan Baker arrived slightly earlier than expected and went right to work checking my washing machine outlet and circuit breaker box to ensure proper functioning of the electrical system since my brand new washing machine from Sears wouldn't turn on consistently. After I received an electrical shock from checking out the outlet myself, I called the electrician! He also only charged me half of his fee ($125/hr) since he was here for 30 minutes or so. Nice guy, answered my questions, and gave me a receipt to show Sears that it was not my electrical outlet causing my $850 Kenmore Elite washing machine to not function properly in the event I need to return it. He also does plumbing, heating, remodeling, excavation, and plowing. I would certainly recommend him for any future service calls. Thanks Home Advisor for the referral!

He was very nice. He found the problem and went out and got the part. When he came back their was another problem. I needed to get a new fault. He wrote down want I need to get. He is coming back on Monday to take care of this. I would call him again when I have a problem.

Work was done quickly and efficiently and Mr. Baker was a neat and personable young man. Price seemed a bit high but I have not researched competitors prices and perhaps is not out of line with other similar businesses.

He made time for me and came out right away to see if he could fix it quick. It was tripped GFI. He traced it down and then I asked him to put in a new outlet. Fantastic job!!!!

They helped me replace a frost proof outdoor sillcock. This was an especially challenging project due to pipe access issues. Instead of giving up the worker continued to come up with creative actions to successfully resolve the access issue. This avoided very expensive dry wall tear down option. My thanks to D. Baker for his personal skill, creativity and willingness to stick with the job until a reasonable solution was found. All completed at fair and reasonable price. Thank you....!

He charged me for the "finder's fee" that Home Advisor charges him. This is part of your advertising budget and should be factored into your fee, not itemized on the bill and charged to the customer. Poor business practice. He installed 2 basic pieces of plumbing fixtures. Friends who saw the bill said it the bill was very expensive for what was done.

Professional, detailed oriented, reasonably priced, on time, trustworthy and estimate is exact. Totally recommend!
