He gave me an estimate and he stayed within that amount. He found other work that needed done and asked before doing it. He was friendly and courteous to both myself and my husband.

Hard working, No BS professional

Very responsive to customer calls. Allows for extra time when providing the estimate, just in case you agree on the estimate and want the work performed then. I ve used their services several times and their estimates were always the lowest but that never reflected on their quality of service. I would recommend them to others.

These guys were excellent! They were professional, thorough, and a great value. The estimate was detailed and quick. Their attention to detail and the customer's needs/desires was very evident. They even took time to explain things to me and my kids - a great "how things work" lesson. I would certainly recommend them.

Dylan and his assistant were very professional, timely and thorough in diagnosing and fixing a major plumbing failure in my upstairs bathroom. They had to essential re-do all of the plumbing from the tub, sink and toilet into the main hub. Throughout the whole process, Dylan helped me interface with my home owners insurance company which was extremely helpful, and also not something that every plumber would have done. I highly recommend this company, and I already have plans to use them again!

Prompt and professional service, Even though Dylan Baker and his plumber assistant were needed on New Year's Eve, they did a thorough, efficient job and explained what was needed. Cost was comparable to another estimate.
