Mr. Baker was polite, professional, honest, and FAST....as in, my phone rang less than 15 minutes after putting in the job on HomeAdvisor. He scheduled quickly, did the job, and his quoted price didn't change even when things weren't as simple as he originally thought. He is responsive, he follows up, and he goes out of his way to make sure that your problem is fixed. I hope to never have a plumbing emergency again, but if I do I know who I'll be calling!

He arrived quickly and promptly. I had an outside faucet that had frozen and was not working properly for years. Got the parts and replaced the entire thing in two hours. I would definitely recommend this service for any plumbing projects or problems. Very courteous and informative.

I had my gas hot water heater replaced. I met D Baker on Monday to look at the current gas hot water heater which was starting to leak. D Baker gave me a rough estimate and I agreed to have i replaced on Thursday. D Baker arrived just before 8am and worked until a little after noon. He replaced the gas water heater and put in new and improved water shutoff valves. The price I paid was much lower than estimates I had received from another HVAC company and D Baker did a great job. He explained and showed what he did and assured me that he would return to correct anything, if I have any problems. I would definitely hire D Baker again for other work.
