"Mrs. K, It saddens me to hear someone complain about our company in this manner. You ma?m have no idea how hard I worked to build this company from nothing to provide for my family. We offer a great service and do quality work. I am very aware of your complaints. Your complaints were as follows. - You were unhappy the material was delivered to your job 3 days early. - You were unhappy we started the job earlier than we originally expected - You were unhappy that our project manager did not explain that a factory hip cap accessory profile was ?higher than you expected.? - You were unhappy that the base of the pipe boot was shaped to conform to the corrugated metal panels. Which without confirming them they would leak profusely. - You were unhappy that the factory color for the base of the pipe boot was galvanized metal. This is how they come from our distributor. However we did come out and paint that base ring to make you happy. - You were unhappy that we didn?t cash your check immediately after receiving it. You insulted my project manager, insulted my general manager, did not respond to the project manager when he tried to collect final payment. You refused to pay my general manager and also insulted her. At this point you asked to speak to the owner. Mrs. K, I stand very firmly with my staff in this case. Once you chose to insult and ignore them, there were no more words needed to be spoken. My staff are highly experienced professionals who can handle any matter. Had the uncalled for insults not started I would have been glad to have met you and discussed your concerns which would have been resolved in the same manner my staff resolved them. Which was there is nothing we can do about the profile of a factory hip cap or the factory color of a pipe boot. I will fairly note that you did end up paying in full after we began the lien process. Thank you for your payment. You have a perfectly installed roof and we are paid in full. We have moved on."
