They did a great job!

Signed the contract on a Thursday and my roof was on and completed on Tuesday the following week. All the work and clean up was done in one day! I have seen some of my neighbors have had their roofs done by Big Box Home Improvement stores and has taken a week and job was not done as well as Phase 4. Plus, they did it for less!

Phase 4 is honestly the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with. They were recommended to me from a neighbor 2 years ago that had worked with them on flipping projects. The first job they did was a new roof. Flawless execution. After the job was done I ended up having a few minor issues I needed addressed caused by the new roof and they responded immediately had a guy out in hours. I soon had new gutters installed, only took one day no issues. I've also had other more "handy" jobs done inside the house. They are willing to do anything because they are sincere about the work they do and they want to ensure the customer is taken care of no matter what. The last job they did was an outside job on my deck and installing new pvc piping for the sump pump to drain. The job ended up being more complicated than anyone expected and the weather also didn't corporate very much but they didn't flinch or make excuses. The project ended up being completed shortly after the original projection with no issues. The two workers on the job stuck it out in serious heat and rain, with no complaints. Every worker from them has been more than personable. I never felt uncomfortable with them working when I wasn't home. If you are thinking about doing anything to your house or just have some inquires I highly recommend you call Phase 4. You wont be dissapointed.

The process was seamless.  Phase 4 came out and gave us the most competitive price from the contractors that gave us estimates.  Once the deal was finalized, Phase 4 came out quickly.  They arrived on the day they were supposed to.  The spent one day taking off the old roof and the next day putting on the new roof.  2 days.  No hassle of a contractor taking a long time to get the job done.

They brought a dumpster to the site on day one and placed all the debris in it.  After the job was done, they hauled the dumpster away.  The workers were very professional and polite to our family as they worked on our roof. Our yard was cleaned up and there were not any nails or scraps in our driveway or in our yard.

Matt Soncini, the owner, was very professional and courteous.  He returned our calls quickly and explained the different types of roofs available to us. 

They also did some painting for us in the areas where we had leaks from the old roof.  They did a nice job with that too.

I would definitely use Phase 4 for any remodeling needs in the future.

Service was excellent.  Upon calling for an estimate the representative came that evening.  I obtained several estimates on the work to be done and they priced very competitively.  They were ready to start the work the following week.  The work was completed within 3 days.  Since I could not decide on the color for shutters till the roof and siding where complete, they returned with samples so I could get a better idea of what would match and installed the shutters a week later.  Cleanup following the job was very good.  Since then I have recommended Phase 4 to 2 different people and both have been very happy with the work.  I highly recommend them.

Phase 4 has earned my trust with quality work with very competitive pricing. Matt and his crew are always prompt and there if I need them.  I am looking forward to my next project being done by them. 

I made a call to Matt after a recent water and flood issue. Within thirty minutes he was here with help to prevent further damage saving me money on an insurance deductible and repair cost.

Phase 4 was flawless from start to finish. The crew promptly showed up at 7am and they dillegently worked for the next 2 days until the Vinyl siding was completed. The crew was professional and courteous, the cleanup was exceptional. The craftsmanship by far exceeded our expectations, and we will certainly use Phase 4 for future projects!

Matt Soncini and his crew were just great. Eric made my kitchen look brand new. Did all the work he promised and Eric went over and above the call of duty. Eric let my dog out of the cage and let her outside durning the day, while I was at work. He was one of the most respected contractor?s I have worked with. Give Matt 5 stars!!! I was blessed by GOD to have found this contractor and I would recommend him in a North Wales minute. (smiles).

Phase 4 was involved in redesigning the foyer area of my home, I am delighted with the results of the completion of this project. The quality of work from the entire professional team is excellent. Phase 4 demonstrated integrity, respect, and honesty in completion of a quality job in my home.
