"Sharon, it was a pleasure working with you. We appreciate the review you and thank you for being a customer."
"Sean, we appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day to share your experience. Thank you for being a customer of ours!"
"Our technicians have visited your home on numerous occasions for noise complaints. We have brought both the field service reps from Trane and American Standard and an engineer from Ingersoll Rand to evaluate the system (on more than one occasion). They found that there were no issues with the installation that was completed by our company and that the unit was operating according to their specifications. On the second visit with the Trane reps, they agreed to provide a new outdoor heat pump unit to replace the original unit. We came back and installed a brand new heat pump. On every visit to his home, he was not charged for our services. This includes all the visits after his labor warranty expired and the replacement of the original heat pump with a new unit. After replacing the original unit with a new unit, you are still unhappy with the operating noise of the unit. This is an issue with the Trane product, not our installation. Unfortunately, we are the installer of the Trane heat pump unit, but not the manufacturer. We have done everything the Trane has asked us to in regards to his unit. You are correct that we have quoted your own words that had previously been sent to us in emails where you agreed that Trane was at fault, yet you refuse any assistance from Trane. I contacted the Trane customer relations rep and she informed me that you have decided to decline any assistance from Trane and the case has been closed. I am not sure why you would decline assistance from Trane. They are the manufacturer of the unit and your issue is with the operating sound of the Trane heat pump. The operating sound of the unit is out of our control. If you feel the unit is abnormally loud, your complaint should be filed against Trane, not our company. In regard to the 2014 installation manual that you are quoting (your unit was manufactured in 2017 and that manual would not have been the one that was current at the time of installation), of course we bother to look at the installation manual that is provided for the units. Every manual Trane produces for an outdoor unit has a section that is entitled ?location considerations.? It states to not locate outside of a bedroom as sound may be objectionable. In regards to your house, the right and back of the house is surrounded by a paved driveway. The back left corner is your bedroom and the unit is installed in the middle on the left side of the house. We installed the unit in the same place that your old unit was located and this location was discussed during the sales process. Your lineset is isolated with a PVC wall sleeve, it was not attached to any joist, nor does it touch any framing. The wall penetration was made through concrete block with only one 90 degree bend in the line set after wall penetration (not 3, long sweep bends made in copper with a tubing bender are not considered 90s). Your last email to the owner stated that if we give in to your demands, then you will go back and remove all of these reviews. Our company has done nothing wrong and has only tried to help you. Sam never hung up on you and told you to stop bothering him. We have responded to all of your reviews and complaints with our version of the events. Not deceit, not ?false narratives.? Just as you are free to post these reviews attacking our company and the owner of the company, we are free to respond back with what we have done on our end. We did not manufacturer the unit and is unfair that you are refusing to hold Trane accountable for their product and trying to pin this back on our company. The installation was completed properly, as per Trane. We have done nothing wrong in this situation except refuse to give in to your demands, as you are directing them at the wrong company. The unit heats and cools properly and has no known issues with operation. We are very sorry that you are unhappy with his Trane heat pump noise"
