For more than 30 years, we have been building affordable custom homes starting at $400k, home remodels, as well as light commercial construction in central Pennsylvania. Our company offers professional project management services from the start of the design phase all the way through to the warranty services, and we have in-house designers available to create a customized plan for you. I am unimpressed with this company, not only was the "owner" lacking in customer service and motive in helping me with my project. He made me feel that if I was not willing to spend the budget that he made, he wasn't willing to help me all, would not recommend to a friend!

"i'm sorry it was taken this way. You aren't the homeowner even if you are paying for this for your daughter i cant justify meeting with you and discussing a project that is not in your home. if your daughter would have solicited my services that would have been different. you must understand it costs a lot of money to properly prepare an accurate estimate and you already have a carpenter that you use. my time frame for starting this project would have been around the same time your carpenter would be back on his feet. so i felt the reality of me doing this project wasnt that great and i communicated that with you as well. i wish you luck with your project"

"just to clarify the final price was $300 more then the quoted price the project was a concrete patio some black top and curbing and a small deck we used a little more concrete than I anticipated because of the excavation area and some of the blacktop broke up while we were working on it because it was not in as good a shape as I anticipated the customer however was quite satisfied with the job performed"

Derek, from Wayne Lesher is one in a million. He was meticulous and truly cared about pleasing us and you don't find that nowadays. We were exceptionally pleased with how we were treated and how well everything was tidied up everyday. They were also very honest with sticking to the estimate and were truthful the whole way through the job.

Wayne is very helpful and has helped us get through a very stressful experience. Our basement wall collapsed in the April rains. He has been optimistic and supportive throughout the entire process, from planning to demolition and now building a safe and dry home. We have come so far so fast and he has guided us to a beautiful and well built home.

Our experience with Wayne Lesher and his team could not have been better. Wayne is honest and professional and the guys were there every day on time and the quality of work was perfect. Best of all we came home everyday to a clean house even in the middle of the project! We're so pleased and cannot recommend Wayne highly enough.

Wayne's team was outstanding. Hard workers, knowledgeable and friendly. Would arrive early and only leave when the day's job was completed. The job was two days in duration (+1 rain day). I know they must have taken a lunch break, but I never saw it. One thing that impressed me was before the crew put their tools away they would ask me check to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend the Wayne Lesher Inc. group. You will be glad you did.
