They were very good! I would highly recommend them in all categories. Their price was better than what I had got quoted from other companies and they did a lot more work. They even did more work than they originally quoted me and they didn't charge any extra.

There were no difficulties. They were professional, and talked out the entire process completely. The price was a little bit high, but the service was excellent and I was not dissatisfied. They also noticed a few other issues that I would not have noticed myself, such as a problem with the venting for my microwave, and they fixed that immediately, which was excellent. I am not entirely certain of the date of service.

They did a phenomenal job. He meticulous. I didn't check anybody else so I 'm not sure. They were neat. It looks beautiful. It took a little longer, but they were very good.

They showed up on time and did a good job. They had to come back and do something which they came back right away and did it.

I would rate them as good to excellent. A friend of mine had used them and then recommended them to me. The experience was great. They were in and out in no time. The cabinets were refaced, the doors replaced, and the hardware was fixed all within three days. I felt that their price was comparable. We didn't really hop around looking for the best price. Their responsiveness and punctuality was excellent. No one tried to talk us into or out of anything. They were completely fine with changing things in order to finish the work the way I wanted it.

For the estimate appointment, the salesman was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful in showing us how we could just add 18 new door and 6 drawer fronts to the kitchen cabinets and not reface to save money (inside of wood cabinets still solid, in good shape). We chose Corian (ease of maintenance) for the countertops and gave the go-ahead -- on different dates, two workmen came to measure to make templates and we were impressed with their professionalism and high-tech equipment. Because we work full-time, it was vitally important that everyone involved show up on the arranged dates and times with no cancellations or postponements and they did! The home office kept us informed and updated with numerous phone calls on scheduling, who was coming to do what and when. The installation for the two different components: countertops and doors/drawers had to take place on separate days. The installers were friendly and when encountered with a couple of glitches were helpful to have them iron out smoothly. They took away all work debris and cleaned up after themselves very well.

The process of getting the salesperson to the home, the estimator, the measuring, the rip-out and installation took about two weeks. Everyone was courteous and professional and they were clean and efficient. Prices were in line with what the Dupont website price estimator calculated. I did not try to get a better price from the estimator, but I believe that they would lower the price depending upon how busy they are.

I thought it went really well. It was a huge job and cost us a lot of money to do it. It was serious business for us and they did very well because they completed the job in the time they said they would. The materials on the new cabinets were beautiful, the company fixed any problems that arose along the way, and they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it.

They began by creating a template of my kitchen countertop. It was a rather involved process, he actually 'built' a countertop out of cardboard. It contained all the instructions regarding the counter. He even suggested adding another inch to the front of the counter to give me more counter space. When the actual Corian countertop arrived, it fit absolutely perfectly onto my kitchen counter. The Corian under mount sink was also perfect. They left me a piece of the Corian used to make the counter, that could be used for repairs, if necessary. They also gave me a Corian cutting board that matched my new countertop!

Got off to a rough start because the installer didn't show up until 10 AM the 1st (elongating the whole process). However, one he got going, he did a beautiful job. The cabinets look beautiful and are very easy to keep clean. I like the tilt-out tray in front of the sink for the sponge. I also like the roll-outs that they did in to of the cabinets. I liked them so much that I called and order 2 more. I love the fact that they put everything in writing and that when I made changes, they documented that too. Very professional.

I feel that it was very good. We had a couple of problems that we had and they came back to fix them with no problem.

They were on time, but they were priced higher than I expected. I will say they had good samples, but I couldn't get over the prices. I wish they would come down on them.

The salesman was nice, but a little pushy. The draftsman was prompt and professional. He was unobtrusive and very helpful with suggestions. The office called to set the appointment and left clear, detailed messages. They also followed up with notes in the mail. The selling point was Gary and Rob; the two guys who came to do the work. They were on time, professional, quick and finished the job in a day and a half. The salesman told us it would be three days. They cleaned up after themselves even gave me the name of a local plumber since I had a leak in my kitchen sink. My kitchen cabinets look great.

This is a really good company. I am constantly surprised by how responsive they are. The kitchen looks great, and if anything needs adjusting they are here within a couple of days to do it. They are a pleasure to work with. The service is unbeatable; just like service you would expect from an old time company. They are definitely customer oriented.

The refacing team showed up right on time. It took them two days to reface my cabinetry. They moved all of the appliances into the next room and were very careful to not damage anything. During the refacing process it was noted that one of my base cabinets was falling apart and needed to be replaced. The workers were very honest and showed me that the cabinet could not be saved. I agreed to purchase a new one and it was delivered and installed within 24 hours. At the end of the cabinet work I was walked through everything that was done and shown how to remove and adjust the new doors. The countertop and sink installation went very smoothly as well. I was walked through everything step by step and any questions I had were answered.

It was beautiful and they were wonderful. The craftsmanship was superb. They were fantastic. They were on time. They were very good problem solvers as if you ran into a snag; they got it worked out so there were no delays. I'd rather not state the price.

They did a beautiful job. They were very reliable. They said they would be here, they were here. He worked all day everyday and were very nice and a great group to work with. They actually completed the job quicker than originally anticipated. Excellent experience!

Overall, it went well. They gave us dates,and met or exceeded them. The workers showed up on time, and generally left no mess when they were done. There were 2 glitches in the job. First, the holes drilled in the Silestone for faucet connections were not symmetrical in the 2 bathrooms. The Kitchen Magic plumber did an excellent job in moving the connections around as much as possible to make the end product look symmetrical. Second, the insta-hot device, which was working fine before the job, did not work afterwards. First the handle was broken. I paid to have a new one sent quickly (would've been nice if they'd offered to pay for this.) Second, once the handle was installed, the device failed on our first use. Rather than argue about why it did not work, I purchased a new one, and their plumber installed it for us.

They came to our house and had lots of choices. Our cabinets were in good condition so refacing was possible. The company had 800 number that someone always answered, no answering machine. Transformed kitchen from a dated one to a modern one.

They were on time & very professional. Very helpful in recommending improvements. Assisted in special hardware order which we were unable to use & they returned at no additional cost. Made several trips to finish detail work.

Arrived on time and were very professional. Completed work as scheduled with no problems.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A EXCELLENT MANNER. THE COMPANY IS PUNCTUAL AND READY TO DO THE WORK TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER. THE KITCHEN IS A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A SKILLED MANNER. THEY TRANSFORMED THE KITCHEN TO A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO COOK IN. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO SEE THE WORK DONE IN A SKILLFUL WAY.
