If you are looking for a Realtor to help you find a home in
Monroeville/Greensburg/Westmoreland general area, Sharon is, without a
doubt, the best person to call. We told her our price range and where
we wanted to live. We talked to her about weird things like having a
basement that was open enough for a pool table yet the house had to
affordable/move in ready (i.e. very inexpensive) with land. On top of
these requirements, it had to have modern mechanics and be located in
the Irwin School District. SHE FOUND IT!
We were serious buyers and we had our loan already pre-approved. She sent us listings via
email, as well as, take us to any listing that we found searching
papers/internet. She was patient with us AND she also was not pushy.
She did not try all the classic sales pitches or pressure moves like
"you better move fast because others are interested in this property . .
. '
During the closing process, she met with us at the property
multiple times for inspectors and our own curiosities/concerns. She
worked with the seller to even allow us on the property to make
necessary arrangements for our pool table to be delivered and set up
prior to the sale. Yes, on the day of the close, the basement had been
painted, area carpet laid, and professional pool table installed.
Sharon is the BEST. She gets our highest recommendation. BTW: We have had
many experiences with many real estate professionals in the Greater
Pittsburgh Area. We are not first time buyers and our searches have
been known to get agents to quit in the past. We are definitely high
maintenance clients with very high expectations about the property we
buy. We are now using Sharon to help us find our NEXT great place.

.She found a home for us after we looked for a long time. It took us a year to find a home and she was always very patient with us and continued to look for the perfect home until we found one we wanted to buy. She still keeps in contact with us and checks up us.

My brother and I hired Sharon Lunn to sell our father's home in Irwin, PA. It was not an easy sell. I live in California and my brother lives in Kentucky, and the house needed some major basement repairs and sprucing up before we could even list it. Sharon jumped right in and helped us find a landscaper and assisted us with all the details required to list and ultimately sell this property. This was such an emotional time for me and my brother having lost both our parents within less than 6 months of one another. I personally had several "meltdowns" during the negotiations with the buyers' and their real estate company, the horrible FHA lendor and title company. Through it all, Sharon was patient, understanding and empathetic.
We have one more property Sharon is taking care of listing and selling for us in Donegal, PA, and with her persistent rmarketing, we are confident it will go smoothly.

Over a year ago I became determined that even though I had marginal credit, had a single and very unimpressive income with ambitions of going back to school- that I wanted my own darn house. I was tired of renting. Through my current temp assignment I met a lovely man who's passion, among other things, was his gorgeous Victorian that he and his wife had been painstakenly remodling over the years. It turned out his wife was a real estate agent- and that was how I met Sharon. Even though I was a less than optimal candidate, had a tiny budget, and a wealth of ignorance about the home buying ins and outs- she took me under her wing and we set some parameters on a house search and began looking. She was patient, personal, friendly, and most of all encouraging. My situation changed- I met and married my hubby and it became a two person home search. Then we found it! The perfect place for us. Great neighborhood and a boatload of potential. Now we are on the remodling phase of our 'American Dream' but working with Sharon proved to be a great experience. I highly recommend her to anyone prefering a low pressure sales style who simply loves older architecture and knows her way around the area.
