Once on site work was done well and very quickly. Only complaint is the time it took to get an appointment scheduled.

He put in a French drain in the backyard and also cut up a tree. I haven't got the bill yet but I think it was extremely reasonable. He's responsive, really works with you and I think his prices are very good.

In 2012 they seemed to do an okay job. This year we decided to have them do more. They did okay at the beginning of the mowing season, but after that it seemed to go down hill. Their tractor tore up the yard so bad. We had to call them, it took days for them to come out, then they proceeded to say that they would take care of it. As of today the only thing that they did (and this is our guess, they never actually let us know what they were going to do) is drop grass seed on the muddy ruts that they created in the yard with their tractors. We had to call them several times just to get that. The drain they put in has never worked properly and they quoted us one price for tree trimming and cutting, then billed us a lower price, then requested the higher price they quoted. They were very unprofessional and sloppy at their work. They didn't seem to appreciate the business and were not worried about keeping their customer happy.
