GREG YURKOVICH THE ROOFER SEEMED VERY PROMPT AT FIRST. AFTER HE WAS ALMOST FINISHED WITH THE DOWN SPOUT, HE DISAPPEARED. HE WOULD NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL. WE SENT HIM A REGISTERED LETTER IN AUGUST HE FINALLY CALLED THE END OF AUGUST 2004. THE LETTER SAID TO FINISH THE JOB OR RETURN OUR MONEY. HE HAS NOT DONE EITHER. I REPORTED HIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
