Ok for now. Past experience though is horrible. Equipment failures are frequent. Replacement can take days, especially if it's a weekend. Most times I'll travel 45 miles to get new equipment myself. Internet speed will vary day to day without explanation. Modems need to rebooted often. Most phone service calls, you'll be lucky to get someone who speaks English. TV channel packages are expensive and 90% of the channels are junk! you'll never watch. Why you can't just buy the channels you watch and scrap the others, is unfathonable. Alacarte doesn't exist.

Comcast's cable service is usually fine, but their actual customer service is horrible. Comcast had been charging me for a service that I did not subscribe to, and it took me months to get the money back. They tried to convince me that I had actually called to sign up for this service, but could not provide any evidence of the call. They then attempted to claim that maybe my cat sat on the remote and ordered the service! It took me so many phone calls and different managers to get the issue resolved. Eventually they refunded my money because they had no record of me signing up for the service (because I had not). If you don't have any problems or need help, Comcast is fine. However, if there is actually a problem, then things become messy and frustrating.

I would rather use my 7 inch black and white TV's from 1946 that still work than use cable with my New HI def flatpannel tv sets.
Description of Work: I had cable instaled in my living room and master bed room. I told the tech to run the wire through the basement wall. He DID NOT he drilled a hole in my siding and now I have to have it repaired! First I was told one price them when I got my bill it was twice the amount I was told. The picture on the flat screen in my bed room was unwatchable. The picture on my living room flat screen keep on freezing and going pictulated. Afther a month and a loss of my money I went back to my roof mount antenna and net flix. Now I have free trouble over the air hidef and net flix in hi def and I am happier and not wasting money on very poor picture quality and service from cable.

I was happy with Comcast Cable's high definition service. They have improved their customer service. They are more aggressive in returning calls and showing up on time for appointments. I have been pleased with the improvements. They have been consistent. They offered to set up my box in my house for $15.00. They have been very responsive.
