I reached out to Robert Braun Construction for help with sealing my roof plumbing pipe. He responded same day and was out the next to check damage. He found it had a fixable crack down the original Iron pipe. He was out the next day on schedule and fixed crack using pipe liner material that bonded and sealed long crack as well as covering pipe once completed. He also helped me with a solution to a small attic venting issue which I brought up. I was extremely happy with both Robert is professionalism and the pro line products he used. He is an extremely good listener and addressed all of my concerns adding some very helpful ideas. I would absolutely hire Robert for more jobs in the upcoming future! - This was my first time using an Angie Pro list and am really glad I did!

Robert and his sons sanded, washed, cleaned and stained my deck. All three were gentlemen, professional, kind and considerate. I’m a perfectionist and let me say Robert’s attention to detail was top notch. Not one spot was missed. I would hire this man again with no hesitation.

He responded quickly to my Home Advisor inquiry and was at my door the following day Feb 14. . He seemed like a nice and knowledgeable guy so I hired him on the spot and gave him a deposit that day. He said he would be back Feb 19 with his â crewâ . He arrived with his two underaged kids to help joist up the porch floor on my 2 story home and remove two posts which in hindsight was dangerous, a liability risk for me and I believe illegal. There were adjustments to his original quote which increased the porch joisting price and he said he could do the porch floor too so we added it on with no issue with the price. I paid him $9190 in full on Feb 19 before all the work was done. He returned by himself on Feb 21 sealed some of the cracks in the basement wall and installed pressure treated boards over the existing floorboards on my small 8x 10 rear porch. He finished installing the porch Feb 22. He texted me he was leaving for the day and would contact me in a couple days to come back to finish sealing the basement and stairs, stain the porch and remove the large pile of debris. He included a photo of the front of the porch. I responded that it looked great and that I would refer him to friends. That my friends was the last time I saw Mr. Braun. I texted him on March 22 and asked when he would be back to complete the work and give me a receipt. He said he was waiting on me to pick the porch color which is a lie based on his text on Feb 22 previously referenced. He then promised to return March 25 or 26. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt as to why he had not been in touch with me for four weeks untilâ ¦.you guessed it, he never showed up again. I heard from him on March 27 via text telling me something came up and would be in touch. At this point all the bells are going off in my head so I decided to inspect the full perimeter of the porch so that when and if he ever showed up all of the issues could be resolved and I would never have to contact him again. When I looked on the left side of the porch I saw the work was not satisfactory in fact â shoddyâ and there was a tripping hazard. I texted him and kindly advised him that I needed him to take a look at the issues and fix them and I sent him photos. He told me there was nothing wrong with the porch, wouldnâ t be fixing anything and that I had buyers remorse which was extremely insulting. At no time did I ask for a refund or complain about his price. I simply wanted him to fix the issues and complete the work he was hired to do. He then said he didnâ t know if he was going to stain the porch because I might complain about it. I told him I donâ t want him to paint areas that I will need to hire someone else to fix and that I wanted him to drop off the can of stain since it was included in the price, finish the waterproofing/sealing the basement and stairs and remove the large pile of debris that has been on my lawn since Feb 22. He apologized said he would make things right and would be in touch. It is now April 5 and Mr. Braun still hasnâ t shown up or contacted me. He clearly had no intentions of returning to complete the job and definitely wasnâ t going to correct the issues. He has been ghosting me for seven weeks. . I have all the photos and texts. . Most of his favorable ratings he has are related to his roofing experience, nothing about installing a porch floor which explains why he couldnâ t cut the floorboards well. I donâ t recommend you hire this guy. Do not trust him at face value.. Do not allow him to bring his underaged children on your property to work. Do not pay him in full unless the work is done to your satisfaction. Inspect his work. Demand a receipt and that he remove the debris. . It is clear he had no respect for me or my property. The question is.why?

Mr. Braun provided excellent service, every step along the way. He promptly responded to my request for service, reviewed the work and provided an estimate promptly and did the work in one day. He is very knowledgeable about roofing repairs, as well as being friendly.

Great customer interaction. Finished job expediently and very qualified. It was a bit pricey but did a good job. Cleaned area when finished. Did a few things that were not part of the original job for free.

They were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Robert and his guys did an awesome job! From day one, Robert kept his schedule as we agreed. I would recommend Robert and his crew to anyone and best of all my roof looks absolutely fantastic, and it was done in one day.

He was here on a Tuesday, gave me an estimate and was back on monday to repair my leaking roof. I had 2 other quotes and choose Robert. Under the shingles was worse than he thought. It was a bigger repair than he quoted. He did not charge me for the extra work. He did everything he said he would do. Very happy with his work.

Robert reached out soon after I put in my request. I spoke with him and met him the next day. Once I got the quote approved from my church leadership, he completed the job the same week. Very good and very fast. I feel he was fair and very efficient.. I would recommend him to anyone!

Robert came out the same day as our call. The next afternoon he came and completed our project and even did a little extra on our shed.
