I called Pro Roofing Solutions because I needed a roof inspection and had a few questions on some roofing issues . I made the appointment for the following day and the roofing inspector showed up on time. First Plus. He (Oscar) was neat, courteous, and very well mannered. We both went on the roof so I could show him my concerns. He took the time to explain to me that some of the issues I had were actually nothing to worry about and also took the time to do a complete inspection of the whole roof. As we went around he explained how the new roofs are done vs mine that was installed 20 years ago. He was extremely knowledgeable concerning all aspects of roofing and not just someone they sent out to act like sales person. When we were done , all my questions were answered and I feel much better knowing that some of the issues were minor. I normally don't give reviews but in this case I made an exception. I do know when its time for a new roof Pro Roofing will be the company ... If I could give a company more than 5 stars I would definitely give Pro roofing 6, and 7 stars to Oscar the roofing inspector.

They called first, showed up when they were supposed to and did the small repair for a good price. That was almost 2 weeks ago - I'm still waiting for a paid receipt and a promised quote on additional home service that the technician and I discussed. So because of those details, I couldn;t in good faith recommend them to anyone else. If something were to change as a result of this review - I would reconsider.

Price was very fair a little less then I thought I would have to spend. Kay responded quickly to my request for an estimate and a person come out quickly. The person who came out to do the work was prompt and on time and took the time to answer questions and explain what he was doing. Great experience with this company!

The timing was right. I was informed when things would have been performed ahead of time. It took only 1 day to install my whole roof and clean up the residues. They offered me free gutter replacement with leaf guards. The workmanship was of utmost professionalism ,and the job was done beautifully. They replaced my attic fan and cleaned the driveway and surrounding areas well. This time I didn't get a flat tire like I used to after other vendors did similar work. A worker stepped onto part of a roof and broke the shingle, but they repaired it very well within a reasonable time. Workers were nice and friendly people. This is my second time hiring Pro-Roofing. Although I had another compatible company to get this job done, I chose Pro-Roofing as they proved hard-to-beat and quality.

The job was an extensive one which necessitated many days of hard labor in the late summer sun. As itâ s a large home with three levels, a great quantity of rotted wood had to be removed, replaced and then painted. It was a BIG job, but not too big for Pro Roofing Solutions! The crew arrived by 7:45am each weekday morning as well as on Saturday mornings, for almost 3 weeks. They were neat, respectful and above all, consummate professionals. They cleared away debris as they went, never leaving a mess that wasnâ t quickly attended to. And they clearly knew exactly what they were doing. During the process, we began to enjoy coming home to witness their progress on a daily basis. After years of dreading the sight of the rotted soffit and fascia and lamenting the outward appearance of the roof, it was a pleasure to arrive home every day and witness the transformation as the work advanced. Weâ re beyond thrilled with the finished project, often walking outside to marvel at the â beforeâ picture weâ ve carried in our heads and contrasting it with the beautiful â afterâ reality we now enjoy. We had siding damage after a wind storm took down a large tree branch across our service lines, snapping the power and messenger cables right off the house. The other cables (phone and Comcast) got stretched, but didn’t break. When they stretched, they ripped through a few siding panels - which hid them. Pro Roofing bought some new matching vinyl siding, replaced everything perfectly! They did the job quickly and cleaned up all materials. (The cables were already relocated by the service provider so the siding crew didn’t have to deal with them..)
