The work was done on time and within the agreed upon timeline. All the workers were very friendly. They even removed a berm of dirt alongside the front walkway for me, which was not included or even discussed before work started. The patio looks fantastic and one of the walkways goes from the patio in the backyard along the side of the house and connects to my driveway. The second walkway was in the front of my house connecting the porch to the driveway. It replaced an ugly blacktop walkway. The retention wall runs alongside the front walkway and created a great planting area along the front of the house. Fantastic work all around, I will not even think twice about hiring PMB Contracting for future work.

Patrick did an awesome job. The installation went smoothly and quickly, despite the cold temperatures that day. We weren't sure of what type of interior trim we wanted, and the suggestions he made and installed look great. We will definitely hire them again for future projects.

Restoration of the 18th Century Tavern included:
- Gutting the structure down to original studs and rebuilding the walls in fine hardwood paneling
- Building a complete mahogany bar and barback to look the way the original bar and dining room looked
- install 4,500 sq ft of antique hardwood flooring.
- install 44 19th century style windows to historical specifications.
- remove all kitchen appliances, repair, floors (tile), walls and ceiling and then re-install kitchen appliances in new design, including all electrical and plumbing work.
- Construct 4 oversize ADA compliant restrooms with imported tile floor to ceiling with antique fixtures, and all plumbing.
- install a 2 story solid cherry, 4 ft wide staircase and stair well.
- Do all exterior restoration using 150 year old photographs to include antique siding, and 90 feet of a wrap around covered porch with railings.
- Construction of antique hardwood eating booths.
- Integrated all HVAC requirements into a building which never had any.
- Oversaw the upgrade of a primitive 100 amp electrical service to a modern 800 amp system.

What a wonderful experience. Work is top notch. 100% satisfaction. Workers were excellent. The detail and time put into our renovations were amazing. I love my deck . Spend most of my time out there. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend PMB Contracting to anyone. They are dependable, reliable and trustworthy. When they said something would be done it was done and looked amazing. Workers were very clean never left a mess . This had to be the easiest renovation ever. We had an excellent experience!!! The whole process from selecting the right siding to the end product being
installed was an awesome experience. We were offered a lot of different options
and choices in reference to color, quality and cost. They answered all our
silly questions and made recommendations based on what we were saying. They
listened and we felt like they cared about what we wanted and we felt like this
was their house they were going to be working on. After picking the siding the
work that they provided was excellent. Again they were friendly and kept us
informed and cleaned up after themselves so you had no idea that any work was
being done. In the past that has been an issue. I felt It was an excellent
experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their customer service and work
was top notched and really appreciated all the feedback and excellent service
we received.

From the time I reached out to PMB, I received a phone call back within the hour. On the phone they were very receptive and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my needs and address any concerns I had. We then planned for PMB to come out to the property and give us a visual estimate and inspection, which was truly a nice experience. PMB called us In the morning to confirm our afternoon appointment and was at our house 5 minutes prior to our appointment. They explained to us in detail each step of the process and timelines that each project would be completed in and met each schedule perfectly. Everyday the guys were on our property they were very pleasant and friendly, and each day made sure that our property was left in perfect condition removing any loose debris or unsightly material before leaving the job site. PMB had not only met our needs, but exceeded them. We could not be any happier with the finished product and the professional service that came along with it. Thank you PMB.

PMB did an excellent job. Unlike many other fencing contractors, PMB was very prompt in getting back to my initial call. He came within days of my call to provide an estimate. They helped with the design of the fence and helped me evaluate different fencing options. PMB also provided all the necessary permitting forms and support and made it easy for me to submit. Once materials were ordered, Pat and his crew came out promptly to complete the installation. Barring some delays due to rain, they completed the job quickly. PMB also promptly responded to my questions / issues through phone and email. He was very easy to work with and he and his crew did a great job. The price was reasonable and in line with some other bids, and the only extra charges were in connection with additional requests on my part. I would absolutely use PMB in the future as they also provide a variety of contracting services.

It was an excellent experience! The owner Patrick came out and gave us an estimate. He was prompt, courteous and had a wealth of knowledge. He listened to what we wanted our backyard to look like and came up with an awesome plan. The workers started the project on the agreed upon date and time. The workmanship the men performed was beyond our expectations and we are very satisfied with the final result. They handled all permitting acquisitions and completed the project within a very reasonable time frame. They are a very multifaceted company and we would recommend them to anyone looking to have renovations completed at their home or business. Prior to using them, we visited some of their most recent work, which included large commercial projects and small residential projects as well. I must say we are very pleased with them and will be using them on our future kitchen renovation!

"Bensalem twp. permit process is not conventional. The process requires far too much time and effort. This time and effort . We stated to the customer that we could assist them in the process free of charge or complete the drawings and submit gal for a fee. This customer declined."

Had to change the time of appointment. At rearranged appointment time, nobody showed up. Waited 1 hour, made 2 phone calls to company - no-one showed up, no call from company.

I was very happy with PMB's work. They arrived when they stated, and they completed the building the deck in a week, including pouring the cement. After the deck was completed, we noticed that a few of the rails were damaged so we called PMB, and they came out to replace them.
