However, I'm confused - we did this job over one year ago (8/19/2017) and now a review is being left? In 2015, we graded the yard. It came up beautifully and no areas were holding water. Two years later, we installed the patio. Any areas that may have been damaged, were regraded and seeded, as we always do when installing patios. Scott assessed the project upon completion and took pictures of the finished product, all of which were in fine condition. To clarify, the lawn around the patio was not at all low "all the way around". There was a small area, maybe 2'x2', off the back of the patio, of which may have been slightly lower than everywhere else - it however, was not holding any water. This is where Scott advised that if anything, only a wheel barrel of topsoil was necessary to address the issue of this area that you were concerned about. Due to that nature, no, we were not willing to come out - as already mentioned, for this area was not holding water, and therefore, not necessary. We did not, in any way, insist that we would only come back if you paid us. Much of my confusion stems from the fact that even after this mishap, you had called us requesting a quote for an area where you wished to install a shed. If the issue around the patio was still relevant, I don't see why you would request us to come out for a separate project or mention it to us during your request? I understand your frustration and I'm sorry you feel we were not professional or responsive to your concerns, but I don't feel the ratings you provided are fair in regards to the project as a whole. I feel your ratings are based on this one small issue, of which we did our best to resolve, and not a reflection of the patio that was installed and the process & relationship prior, leading up to this. If you would like to discuss things further, we wouldn't mind at all! Please call us or email us whenever it is convenient for you."
