We couldn't be more pleased with our new siding. The installers worked from early morning until dark for 6 days and were polite and professional. The salesman, Jason, gave us several options and even provided a sample kit to help us choose a siding color. Jake was great to work with. He always answered our calls and personally came out almost every day. We highly recommend New Look Home Exteriors.

Quality of completed job looks great, everything worked out well. The issue we had was with the timing of the job. We were told by the owner that the workers would arrive around 8:00 everyday, this was not the case. Oftentimes they would arrive hours to even days late. Almost three weeks later, the job is still not fully complete, after the promise that the job would be completed within days to a week.

Jason and Jake both exhibit the highest degree of professionalism you will find in the contracting industry. Not only are they honest and flexible, but they truly listen to the customer. I solicited bids from 6 different contractors before deciding to hire New Look and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they completely tear off and replace my 12 square roof in a single afternoon, but I also received a 50 year warranty through Owens Corning because these guys have to the credentials needed to qualify the Preferred Protection plan. One additional note: they cleaned up after themselves better than I could have expected. I still haven't found any nails in the yard. Great work, highly recommend!

Jason from New Look Home Exteriors was great! He was quick to respond via text/phone. Jason came out and went over all my options 2 days after we first got in contact. I just had a ridge vent put on and was not pressured to get a whole new roof. He estimated 3 weeks before they would be available, but squeezed me in after 2 weeks. They even made some minor shingle repairs as a courtesy while they were there!

Our roof looks great!! Working with both Jake and Jason was a pleasure. They showed up during the job and when we had questions it was not only by phone, but at our house. Even when we had extra nails from the roof in the yard they took care of them on their own time. The roofers were working from morning until dark and never stopped. They were also very polite. People have commented on our roof already and we are on a dead end street. Thanks for the peace of mind that rain will no longer come in, but thanks for being so understanding to my questions and my daughter as well.

Simply Outstanding!! Jason and his team were great from start to finish. Timely response from the initial call all the way through the process. Professional and very knowledgeable, helped us along with plenty of design options and great suggestions for the entry doors. Work was done on time and efficient, clean-up was great. The quality of the doors they sell is fantastic and easily surpasses what we replaced. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Jason and Jacob both helped us have confidence in the product and workmanship. Jason's presentation showed great knowledge in the product and process and helped alleviate any fears or worries we may have had. They did a thorough inspection of the attic taking pictures to show their findings giving us a complete understanding of what was needed to be done. Their pricing was on par with the industry standard. Either Jacob or Jason returned regularly to inspect the work and the roofing team, always taking pictures to show progress and concerns. The roofing team was punctual and hard working and addressed any concerns we may have had. Clean up was ongoing and thorough. I would recommend this company to others.
