I have used this garage and dealer many times in the past 20 years and I believe that they have always treated me fairly and done a wonderful job on my vehicles. The staff is always friendly and professional. I put 40,000- 50,000 miles on a vehicle annually as I commute a long distance for work. In the past 20 years I have replaced many working parts in my Subarus as I drive them until they have about 300,000 miles and are ready for replacement, or at least semi-retirement to local driving. Minooka Subaru has been reliable and reasonably priced
The "repair" mentioned above was performed on a relatively new vehicle and was minor, and it was taken care of promptly.

I bought my car there and take it there for service. They are pleasant. They are prompt. The time they give you on the work is almost always on the money. It is very clean. They have a nice waiting area. They keep you apprised of how the work is going if you are there longer than expected.
