Rusmur Floors Carpet One Floor & Home

We contracted with Rusmur to install hardwood floors in our kitchen and foyer.  The first installer would leave early every day at 12.  He also damaged a cabinet which we have not been reimbursed for yet.  We complained and they had  a second installer finish the job.  We were really unhappy with the floor.  They installed boards of poor quality, with large black mineral streaks, which we have asked for them to replace with our leftover boards.  They cut the shoe molding on the baseboards incorrectly.  They also neglected to install quarter round near the doors and by the stairs.  They still have not tacked the carpet adjacent to the wood floor in 4 areas and it is a tripping hazard.  There are also boards that squeak.  They left our refrigerator unplugged for 24 hours and replaced the stove without turning on the gas.  We have complained numerous times and the manager came to the house to see the work and review our complaints.  To date nothing has been fixed.  Customer service is really poor and it has been a really frustrating experience dealing with them.
