When they installed it, it went really well. But the water heater exploded and they had to patch it up. When they did they kept wasting material and wasting time. It was not a pleasant experience and it was just hidden charge on top of hidden charge

Excellent service all around from start to finish.  I picked Lomax because Lowes had poor reviews on Angie's list for carpet installation.  I was not disappointed!  From the minute I walked into the store to pick out my carpet to the day it was laid, everything was at or above my expectations.  Sales people are professional, friendly and easy to work with.  No nonsense.  Carpet installers were meticulous--my house is old and the stairway is slightly slanted, but the installers made sure the bound runner was centered on every step.  They were there on time for the measurements and for the installation, never kept me waiting.  Would definitely use them again in the future.

Sales people friendly, patient, and helpful.  Plenty of choices to see in the showroom.  Installation went very well.  One day to install vinyl.  Went smooth, very professional, looks great.  One more day to install carpets, again smooth and professional.  Amazing to watch these guys work. They've done this many times.
