About us

At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home. We’ve learned a lot about home improvement over the years, but the most important thing we learned isn’t about window replacement. We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.

Perfect. Could not have done a better job. Met with pleasant, non-pushy salesman in June. We were able to order high quality windows with a wood-look interior (not available with the other window installers we had met with previously) and white exterior at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes received. We were told 6-8 weeks until installation. With Covid-19 situation, Window Nation representative kept us informed when a delay in installation may be necessary. However, windows arrived on time and on August 25 received a call to see if windows could be installed the next day because the company had a last minute window installment cancellation somewhere else. Since this quick notice was not a problem for us, 4 hard working, courteous installers arrived the next morning at 8am and worked until 6pm (with only 1/2 break during the day). This team really knew what they were doing removing and installing 21 windows, with caulk, trim, exterior siding, etc...And, they cleaned up all the debris from the work they performed inside and outside of the house. Windows look beautiful! Didn't realized the difference high quality windows could make. Hardly hear a sound from outside and the outdoor heat is not getting in. We would definitely use Window Nation again and highly recommend them to everyone else.

We were very pleased with the end-to-end experience. Our sales person came 2 days after we initiated contact with Window Nation, and we were impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. The person who came to measure was very efficient and explained things well. Lastly the installation process was excellent - the 2 installers arrived on time and were very efficient and professional.

The installation went very well. Only complaint was the cleanup was not great. A mess was left on the floor in a room and on the deck as well. Other than that, everyone was very professional during the install.

Two people measured the windows prior to install, and one was still measured incorrectly and one window was not locking properly, there was a floor to ceiling crack left in my living room wall, and the house was left with a lot of debris that was supposed to be cleaned. So the job was not completed on the first two day install. 6 weeks later I called wondering where our window was and they said things were delayed because of covid-19. Frustrating but Understandable. In July, 6 months after I started the process, I was finally able to get a tech out to address the issues, and he was completely oblivious to our situation and had no record of the order to fix my wall(which was the first issue that I had reported to the company) so another 3 weeks and moving the furniture in my house around for the 5th time, the wall was fixed. Company offered ZERO COMPENSATION for any and all of these inconveniences. Paid 15k for a house of efficient windows and didn't get that value and efficiency until winter was over.

The installation was terrible . Very sloppy caulking around the windows . The sliding glass door is missing parts . The screen has a lock but the latch is completely missing on the frame so there is nothing there for the screen to latch onto, let alone lock . At the top of the door frame is a large screw that should be going into the frame of the door but came out sideways . The frame is loose where the door attaches since the screw did not go into the frame . There are many things that were wrong with the installation. The worst part about it is the company is unresponsive . I’ve made many calls and sent e-mails since the installation on July 7th . They sent a tech out to look at the damage on August 3rd and I haven’t been able to have anyone call me back to schedule anything to be replaced or repaired since . I would not recommend Window Nation to anyone .
