At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home. We’ve learned a lot about home improvement over the years, but the most important thing we learned isn’t about window replacement. We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.

We are pleased with everything from beginning to end. When I had questions they returned my calls and answered them. The windows were finshed and ready for installation when they said they would be. The installers were quick, efficient, courteous, and friendly. When they left I couldn't even tell they were here because they cleaned up so well. They also explained how the windows work when they were finished with the installation. The windows work well and look very nice!

My husband and I just met with a sales representative from Window Nation and it was the worst sales experiences either of us have had. The consultation and walk-through of our home initially went well. We were impressed with quite a few of the features of their product and were seriously considering them as a top option. Then came the closing, while the cost was slightly higher than expected, they were still in contention for us. The salesperson was even willing to give us some additional discounts to seal the deal. However, things took a turn when we weren’t willing to sign a contract on the spot. While we were aware that at least one of the discounts was contingent on us signing that night, we are meeting with other window vendors (which we openly shared at the beginning of this consultation and reiterated throughout, especially during the closing discussion) and wanted to do our due diligence on researching competitors. We were then told that none of the discounts (excluding the buy two, get two free) would be on the table if we didn’t sign now, we were okay with that and were still planning to keep Window Nation as a top option. The salesperson proceeded to bash all other vendors we were considering and continued to keep asking us what we didn’t like about the product. Explaining that there was nothing we didn’t like we just wanted to appropriately research such a large purchase, he continued to push the contract while talking down to us (including bad mouthing my husband’s employer) and even going so far as to “mansplain” the competition to me (in addition to “mansplaining” my comparison of this window purchase to a car purchase, which are almost identical in cost according to our quote). He took some materials out to his vehicle, came back, and told us that Window Nation obviously wasn’t the choice for us if we were still planning to meet with other vendors and noted that obviously we were more concerned with cost than efficiency, which isn’t the case. Regardless of how we feel about Window Nation’s product, we have no plans to contract with them (and we’ll be purchasing 21-23 windows) because we don’t appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner in our own home by someone who met us roughly an hour earlier. I would strongly recommend talking to other companies if you’re thinking about getting your windows replaced. Our experience may have been isolated to this particular salesperson, but we don’t appreciate a company that condones treating potential customers with that level of hostility and aggressiveness. If Window Nation’s product is in fact as good as we were led to believe, then shouldn’t they want us to meet with competitors to clearly see the difference in quality firsthand?

The process from the qoute to completion was very easy. From Josh (sales member) to Sergio (job manager) this process was stress free. Josh was extremely professional and didn't waste my time by trying to over sell. He is very proficient in his job and knowledgeable in the product he is selling. Install for 15 windows, the team got done just shy of 4hrs. They left house and property as clean as it was when they arrived. I would use window nation again and would recommend then to anyone who asks.

Workers arrived toward the end of, but still within, the given two hour window. They did call before arriving, which gave me just enough time to get the dogs situated in a different room. Due to the age of my house, they followed lead protocols. This included a deep cleaning of the floors near the windows plus other things I didn't really follow because I stayed away. The project took about 7 hours to complete. I don't know how this compares versus the average, but I didn't feel they were rushing or wasting time. When they completed, the foreman explained the lock orientation and showed me how they fold open for cleaning. Inspecting the windows and the sliding door, I found nothing wrong with the workmanship. I will look to work with Window Nation first if I decide to replace more windows in the future.

Installers (2) arrived on time. Rechecked the measurements of each window. Started quickly to install windows with one worker inside and one outside. Very professional work. Cleaned up inside and out, removed old windows, fabricated outside covering, and re-caulked. Completed in about 5 hours, including lunch break. After installation, we did a walk through and inspected each window. We are happy with the design and operation of the windows, however, disappointed with the screen design. The screens do not fit tightly and sag in places when viewed from the side. Delivery time was longer than expected.
