About us

At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home. We’ve learned a lot about home improvement over the years, but the most important thing we learned isn’t about window replacement. We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.

The sales team was great. Brian Zoelle was a delight and explained everything wonderfully. Then COVID-19 happened in the Pittsburgh area shutting down all non-essential business. Months went by with updates and reassurances from the team that we would have windows installed as soon as restrictions were lifted. The crew were early and ready-to-go. They did everything in sequence. Pulling out old windows on the second floor and prepping the openings for the new windows. The crew was great and kept the areas covered and clean. Excellent!!

A professional experience from beginning to end. We ordered windows before the Covid lockdown hit. The team from Window Nation never missed a beat. We received updates to let us know our windows were being manufactured and that while there would be a delay, they would keep us informed...which they did. Install team did a fantastic job to top it off. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It was probably the best experience we’ve had with renovations to our house! Working to get an understanding of what we needed and the installation was stress free! The installation was done with quality work and little mess. They were on time and were very friendly. I am so happy we decided to replace our windows, we can already see a huge difference when it comes to outside noises and no drafts! I had two separate crews. One for the windows and one for the doors. The window crew was excellent. They were on time every day. They were clear about their plan for each day so we could adjust with our pets etc. Install quality was great and completed as scheduled. The door crew was only here one day. They probably should have anticipated two days. The overall quality of the install was good and the crew was friendly. They were slightly argumentative with each other I think mostly out of frustration of trying to complete both doors in one day. Normal doors I could see easily two in a day. These were both French style doors with storm doors in a house built in 1902. Overall I am very pleased with the install.

Service was great. I was kept informed by calls and emails about the status of my order. I had to change my installation date twice and they were very accomodating. Also Michael called after the installation to check on how it went. Installation crew arrived on time. They were very careful and neat. Everything inside and outside was cleaned up and hauled away. New windows work great.

They did a great job of showing the windows and the selection of them. The installation was delayed because of the mandatory virus shutdown of business but once that was lifted they promptly made the appointment, the installer showed up on time and installed the window in reasonable amount of time. The installer made sure that everything was to our liking and made sure the work place was cleaned up before leaving.

I gotta say that from the beginning, our interactions with Window Nation were unexpectedly pleasant. The salesman, Jason Vogel, was not pushy. He made his pitch, explained the products and was patient with our questions. The install crew was awesome! They took the time and care to do a proper job of demo, installing and cleaning up after they were done.
