 + -1 moreJohn responded quickly at a time that was convienient to my work hours. He was professional, personable, and there was no doubt that he knew what he was doing, and was good at it. There was a 90 day warranty on his work, and he told me that if there was still a problem, give him a call and he would come back at no charge for the first hour.
Description of Work: I was getting the "blue screen of death" on my computer with no clue how to fix it. John found the problem in 5 minutes, and proceeded to correct the problem with downloads and updates after removing the trouble spot. He also checked to see that I had the most current updates in my computer.
