Came within a few hours and inspected the unit, agreed the motor was bad - bearings shot, fan could hardly be turned by hand. They didn't have the replacement in stock - apparently there are 100 sizes and HP used. Ours was 1/8 HP 220 v. Emerson.
Motor came in and they installed it the same day. Everything is working great now.
