Kuehns Heating and Cooling

They were very prompt. Our furnace had to be replaced. Very cold weather. Used two others on the Angie's List that were very slow in returning calls and taking care of problem. Kuehn's Heating and Cooling came right out and gave us a good price. Installed heating system promptly and we had heat again. Cleaned everything up in a mannerly way. Very professional. Will use again. They cared.

I first contacted Kuehn's in the fall of 2011 for a check-up of my furnance.  My decision to contact them was based on:  (1) Kuehn's is a local company in Monroeville with ties to the area and (2) their advertisement in local publication offering a coupon special.  Upon inspection, I was informed that there was a crack in the furnace, which was a much older unit, and replacement of the unit was recommended.  Note:  This crack was shown to and verified by a family member who was present when the inspection was being done.  The owner of the company, a very personable young man, recommended a furnace that was sufficent for the size of my home and I was provided an excellent warranty to go along with the purchase.  The following October (2012), I made the decision to replace my older air conditioning unit and again contact Shane Kuehn, the owner, who worked with me on the purchase and installation of this new unit.  I am happy to recommend Kuehn's Heating and Air Conditioning as I have had good experiences with the purchase of both of my units and with the service provided to me before, during and after the sales.  My only regret is that I didn't purchase both units at the same time, which may have saved me a little money, but that decision was mine and did not have anything to do with the company contracted for the purchases.  I've found Shane, the owner, to be reliable, responsive and professional.  My experience has been so good, in fact, that I've contracted Kuehn's for my landscaping needs also!
