They are extremely competent.

Up front, professional. Told me they were booked solid and I had to make an appointment, I like that because too many folks try to rush you in because they fear you will not come back. I however prefer that someone do the work properly and not in a hurried fashion. They were waiting for me on the day we had agreed upon and I got the vehicle back sooner than I expected.
What impressed me most was the communication. LOTS of communication and I mean that a in a good way because I was not left wondering if they had even pulled my vehicle in to look at yet, they were on top of it and I will go back. I did not check price and quality with an A, I gave them a B and this is why, I will not know the extent of the quality for a little while and there is one thing that really bothers me with auto service and it is the charge that popped up a few years ago called "shop supplies" I cannot imagine my company charging for "shop supplies" and getting away with it. It always appears to be a fixed percentage and that is unfair to somebody, what if that somebody is me? Shop supplies are the cost of doing business and should be included in the price of your offerings. That is my opinion and hence the B. They are by no means overpriced in todays market.

I am satisfied and the mechanics are very friendly.

It has been over 5 years since I have used Dale Shirley. It would not be appropriate for me to review, since I cannot remember any of the details.

I have been using Dale for all my auto and truck repairs since 1997. If he tells me something needs repaired or replaced I believe him. I brought my '08 Ram in for inspection and maintenance, on picking up truck at end of day it would not start. Dale and his crew had it figured out and ready for me to use the following day by noon.

My interaction with them was fine. The mechanic was very friendly, upfront and professional. The price was in the ballpark. The quality of work was good since we haven’t had any problems with the car.

I have been going to him probably for twenty years. He worked for one of the larger companies earlier and then he started his own business and I actually followed him because he did such a nice job for me. They have always been very good and I can't recommend them highly enough. The fist time I ever met him, my car died and I coasted into the gas station where he worked. He actually found out what the problem was and could have charged me easily 200 dollars and I had to pay it right then and there. But, he called the auto service people, got them to get me in so that my car could be repaired. He didn't take anything for it. So, he certainly established himself there and I have been going there since then. I get all my car repair work there. They charge for car inspection but I know that it is pretty much the average price. He is just phenomenal and I would absolutely continue to use him.

There once was a blizzard, and he came around with his snowplow to see if we wanted our driveway plowed. He is very good to his customers. They are extremely honest with their services, and will only give us services that we need, and doesn't try to take our money. He also takes us home and picks us up while our car is being fixed. They are very good at communicating, making sure we know exactly what's going on.

ONE DAY SERVICE WITH A REASONABLE PRICE AND DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE AS REQUESTED. DAVE FOUND A USED LIGHT FIXTURE AT ONE THIRD THE PRICE OF A NEW ONE AND SAVED ME LOTS OF MONEY
