They were paid in full when the base was ordered. Never heard anything after the promised month. I called them, always excuses. "The gentleman that places the orders changed the place where they always got their monument & bases. The weather wasn't a factor at the time in 2013 that would cause the base from being delivered. One excuse was, there wasn't enough orders, then, it was something about the Company they now get their monuments/bases from.
Then when they said they had enough orders, that's when we got hit hard with the bad winter weather, so that delayed the base. In March, when they finally did get the base & it was the only one they got, because of myself & my Mother calling complaining about why it wasn't here yet, the place they got the base from was wrong. It's supposed to have a space for my Fathers Marker on the Right, a space for my Mothers Marker on the Left, in the Middle, up a little bit is supposed to be the place for the Vase & down below the Vase, an Engraving with Wedding Bands, with their Date of Marriage. The Company put the Vase directly in the middle, not enough room for the Engraving, so Parnells took out part of the Engraving to make it fit. I just called & told them they better have it @ the Cemetery by Easter. They said it was done, just have to make sure the guys will be available to deliver it. Very Very Dissatis
