Their service was amazing. Shortly after we requested names of contractors we were contacted by Christen who scheduled our appointment. Their representative, Scott, showed up on time, proceeded to test our water, told us about the company, and made a recommendation as the best way to solve our water issues. It was definitely more expensive than what I expected. However, Scott answered all of our questions and the decision was ours to make. He used no hard sell pressured techniques. He did not need to because the products sell themselves. We liked what we saw and heard, so we purchased a water system which was installed the next day. What great service! Everything was installed in 2-1/2 hours. Farley and Brian arrived on time and were very professional. After installation they explained the maintenance procedures and answered our questions. I highly recommend this company and their product to everyone who has any sort of issue with their water. A+
