Everything went well, no issues. He inspected the underlying roof and gave us good advice on our sky light. Removal and installment was complete in about a week despite the Christmas holiday.

On the way out of the house, I mentioned a leak of a different kind and Brad noticed a separation between my step and my porch.  He questioned if this could be the source, caulked it up for me and we've had no problem since.  He didn't charge me for that on repair, he just thought it might work, and it did!
We've used Brad a number of times and plan to have him do windows for us this spring.

He does a good job. He has been into roofing for probably 10 years now. He comes out and puts in a couple of hours when he is done with his other work. He is very conscientious when he is working. He is not always the most responsive kid. They clean up after themselves pretty well. He gives you a lot of options. He broke the work down into sections. So, his quote ended up being $8060. He doesn’t have the same kind of overhead. He is a smaller operation. He is terrific when it comes to his quality. When it comes to his responsiveness, getting him out is not always easy. I would definitely use his services in the future too without any hesitation. He is primarily into roofing, but he does other odd jobs as well. He is very good at coming up with creative solutions to random problems. He is an amazing young kid like 29 or so. He is kind of like my grandfather. He looks at the situation and he just figures it out. I like his ideas which are sometimes out of the box, but the work itself is terrific and 100%. If there is ever a problem, he does come back right away. I rate him high from the professional standpoint even though he is not punctual. We had a real bad storm after they pulled the stuff off and there was a small leak. So, he was out here first thing since he got the call to make sure that there was no more damage. All the guys who worked for him are very hardworking guys. When they are there, they are very hard workers. The biggest thing is just getting them there. I have known him for a number of years now. I think his scheduling is his problem. I think he would do much better if he has a scheduler. If he gets older, he is probably going to be able to overcome that. He is a really good roofer.
